The word for today is -  Yoke!

 

Do you not know that you can overcome anything ? Read Matthew 11:28-30,Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. You have to come to Jesus and He will give you rest. The question is do you want it? This is an invitation, a deeper level of commitment to Him (the Lord). When your down or feeling lost call of the name of Jesus,He is right there with you. Just like He told Moses, don't be discouraged I will never abandon you,that is true today. God's word change not,read Joshua 1:5-9,There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Some many ask what kind of Love is this? Its true Love, its called "agape" which means to love unconditionally. Get this, God loves us so much that He send His one and only begotten Son for us, to be restore back to Himself.Read Romans 5:7-9,For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. We love based on feelings and emotions that can change from one moment to the next. Thank God, that He is not like us. Amen ! Jesus had chosen Paul,He had already laid His hand on him and claimed him. This is why Jesus said to Paul, read Acts 9:3-7,And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. He had taken, Paul into His yoke, Paul could find no peace until he was in harmony with Christ. God's love transcends the human definition of love ,it is hard for us to comprehend how His love is an everlasting Love. Read 1 John 4:19,We love him, because he first loved us. The wonderful thing for us is that the One that we are yoked with not only walk with us,but He comes to live within us, that He might live through us. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
