The word for today is - Beauty !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Beauty !

What is beautiful in God’s eyes? His sheep (Us, the believers ) ! God never uses the origin or culture of a person as the criteria of beauty. Read Acts 10:34, Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. When the prophet Samuel examined Jesse’s sons in search of the next king of Israel, he was impressed with Eliab’s appearance.  1 Samuel 16:7,  But the Lord said unto Samuel. Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. Nothing in a person’s outward appearance impresses God. God looks upon the inner beauty, the beauty of one’s heart.True beauty comes from the inside.  Spiritual beauty must never be taken for granted or be neglected. When you understand the source of beauty within you, you then have access to its potential for your greater abundance, power and ability to manifest change. Let's look at ; Noah’s implicit trust in God led him to construct a gigantic boat miles from water. Abraham trusted God’s promise so implicitly that he would have sacrificed his son of promise without hesitation. Moses yielded total control of his life to God and became the man of meekness. David gave his whole being to doing the will of God. No consequence or shameful treatment could keep Daniel from reverencing his God. They were totally focused upon Jesus, his will as they shared the gospel with all. In all these qualities God saw great beauty. While all these people were beautiful to God, virtually nothing is known about their physical appearance. It was not their physique or stateliness but their faith and service that made them beautiful. Read Psalm 96:9, O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; and fear before him, all the earth. Did you get that? In the beauty of holiness.  Let's look at Psalm 27:4, One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.  The word is telling us to have a desire. Read Matthew 5:6, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Do you have a desire ?Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Anointed !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Anointed !

The anointed one, it's one who is consecrated for a special office or function. In simple terms, the anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit being smeared upon someone. It is the overflowing life of Jesus which imparts supernatural strength enabling an individual to perform a special task or function in an office he is called and appointed to. God knows who He called, God knows who He Anointed, and He also knows who He did not call or Anoint. Another meaning for the word anointed is "chosen one." The Bible says that Jesus Christ was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit to spread the Good News and free those who have been held captive by sin, read  Luke 4; Acts 10. Also read 2 Corinthians 1:20-22, For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest ( the down payment) of the Spirit in our hearts.  You have the anointing of God flowing through you when God's heart touches another person's heart through your heart. The anointing of God is the Holy Spirit. He flows as a river of love, from the throne of grace, through the hearts of believers, bringing life to all that receive His touch. God anoints people that love Him more than they love their own lives, and that love others as themselves. As we open our hearts to love others God's anointing flows through us. When we close our hearts to others and grieve the Holy Spirit the flow stops. You are not anointed by association, you are anointed by proclamation. The Lord first calls you, he then anoints you, and only then does he send you. When God calls you, anoints you, then sends you, only then can you minister life to others. When the anointed man of God speaks the Word of God, it penetrates your soul. It then produces faith in the hearer, and at this point the hearer can receive the fruit of this Word.  God's anointing flows to those who are hungry for a touch from His Holy Spirit. The anointing has less to do with the person that it flows through. The anointing gives wisdom. Psalm 90:12, So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Teacher !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Teacher !

Do you not know who a teacher is? A teacher is a disciple, one that study the word of God. One that study his life to see how he lived and how he treated people.Jesus is the best teacher. The Bible is a sure guide to eternal life. All need to be taught, corrected, and reproved, that is why we need a teacher. The word says in Mark 12:32, And the scribe said unto him,Well, Master (Teacher), thou hast said the truth, for there is one God, and there is none other but He. Read, 2 Timothy 3:16, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.Let's look at Colossians 1:28, Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Now when we see the word "perfect" here, let us understand that the sense of the word does not mean sinless perfection, but rather, spiritual maturity. It is the full-knowledge of Christ.  A teacher is called to teach the true word of God, not natural, but spiritual and evangelical the whole Gospel of Christ, the counsel of God, the wisdom of God, teaching them to believe in Christ for salvation. Read II Corinthians 4:5, For we preach (teach) not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord. There are only two sources of wisdom; the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit, and both these are always pointing us to Christ. Read Colossians 2:3, In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.  We need a good working knowledge of the Scriptures and a good working relationship with the Spirit in order to say we are truly speaking with all wisdom .Take the Scriptures without the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Just use your mind and try to figure it all out. What will be the result? Error and deception. If it lines up with the Scriptures then we can accept it, but if it does not, then we must reject it. That is what it means to exercise good, sound spiritual discernment. People who learn to put their trust in God, instead of in worldly things, find a deep sense of peace and serenity that overshadows the anxieties and disappointments of life and the fear of death. Let's look at Matthew 6:33-34, But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.Thank you God for all your teachers, they're a gift from you. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Healer !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Healer !

The word mistranslated as Physician is actually the word healer.Who claims to be our Healer? Read Exodus 15:26, God says, “I am the Lord that healeth thee. Let's look at Ezekiel 12:25, For I am the Lord: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass. Let's not forget,Titus 1:2,God that cannot lie. It's done !  Jesus' healing power was not reserved for only Himself. Read Matthew 10:1, And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.  We believe we have Free Will and the right to exercise it, but in John 6:38  Jesus said,“I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of Him that sent Me.” Did you get that? not His way (will), but the way (will) of His Father. We give ourselves disease, one day at a time, by following our own will, rather than following God's Will for our life. We are being rebellion against God, whether we realize and acknowledge it or not. It begins in the “heart” because we want to live, eat, think, act, and do whatever our own way, rather than God's way.  The physical symptoms appear as a result our own bad decisions. Disease is a Spiritual Problem ! The ability of God's Natural Health Plan to heal will not be understood by those who are not spiritual, because "Spiritual things are spiritually discerned". In1 Corinthians 2:14, But the natural  (unspiritual) man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, (the word) for they are foolishness unto him,  neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  .They are totally unable  to understand it because they can only obtain information through their five senses. They are unable  to understand Spiritual things. It appears that it is God's will for us to be made whole (spirit, soul and body). Read 3 John, 2. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. However, our prayers could be hindered by a number of factors such as unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, hatred and sin. The word from God tells us Mark 11:25, And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Read verse 26, But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. Your Spirit must be right with God. We thank you,for your Spirit that's in us. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Worthy !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Worthy !

Let's look at John 4:23-24, But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. To worship God is to ascribe to Him supreme worth, for He is uniquely worthy to be honored in this way. True worship is on giving the best we have. God demanded the very best from His people. He will not accept anything less than the very best that we have to offer Him.  Jesus said that true worshippers will worship God in spirit, and Jesus also said that the true worshipper will worship God in truth. The true worshipper will worship God with that part of himself that is made in the image of God, his spirit. This comes from within,it spring forth from the inner man. True worship then is worship from the inside out. There can be no doubt, that this means that acceptable worship will be circumscribed by the precepts of God's word. When Jesus prayed to the Father on the night of His betrayal  He said in John 17:17, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." Since the very beginning of time God has revealed His will concerning the kind of worship that He will accept from His creation, and He has repeatedly judged those who failed to worship Him according to His word.True worship requires total commitment of our body, mind and spirit. The Bible warns us not to worship anyone or anything else. We are not to worship, saints, statues, angels, money. Anyone or anything that becomes more important than God, and turns our hearts away from Him is an idol or a false god. God says in Exodus 20:2-3 “I am the Lord  thy  God ,which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me."God is holy, righteous, and a loving Father, and He is worthy of our praise and worship. Read Deuteronomy 6:5, And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Foundation !

Good mornning,
The word for today is - Foundation  !

What does this mean, Buliding your foundation? What it means is that you building your foundation on God.The sand is of the world. If you have a strong foundation then you would, come to God in prayer, listen to His words, and act on them. This is a person that has laid their foundation on the rock (Jesus). If you listen to Jesus, and didn't act on His words, then you don't have a strong foundation in Jesus Christ.  You either have a strong foundation and remain strong, or you don't and you collapse in your way of thinking and doing things ( your mind). Romans 8:38 - 39, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. If you build your house on sand it is bound to sink at some point, if built on rocks its a solid foundation. If your faith or belief system is built on many different ideas and does not stand the test of time then you will sink when tested.  Peter the disciple was the rock on which the Christian church was built and the rest is history. Knowing in your heart and feeling what is right is the start to your building blocks, it takes time to understand God and to build up your house, brick by brick you can do it if you have patience, love and understanding. This comes through prayer and meditation and listening to the Holy Spirit , for it is there that Gods words are written. All you have to do is search your own heart, Jesus said the Kingdom of God lies within, and this is what he meant. The word tells us in Proverbs. 22:6, Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.. What way is this?  God's way, His word. It also tells us in Joshua 1:8, This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Savior !

Merry CHRISTmas!
The word for today is - Savior !
Do you know what today is? Read Luke 2:10-11,"I bring you good tidings (news) of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." Did you get that ? He was born of a virgin woman!  Read Matthew 1:23,  “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel,” which being interpreted is. “God with us.” Elizabeth, Mary’s relative, praised Mary in Luke 1:42-44,read it, but her praise is based on the blessing of giving birth to the Messiah. Read Luke 1:28; John 5:23,  Mary the mother of Jesus was described by God as “highly favored”. That means “much grace." Mary received God’s grace. Grace is “unmerited favor,” meaning that something we receive despite the fact that we do not deserve it. Mary needed grace from God just as the rest of us do. Mary herself understood this fact, as she declared in Luke 1:47, And my spirit hath  rejoiced in God my Saviour. Did you get that ?( not her son), but her Saviour.  That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent Him. Why should I accept Christ as my Savior"? The word tells us that, Spiritual Death entered into the world when Adam sinned. Read Genesis 2:17, "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." Understand who saved you from spiritual death. Jesus died to pay for the sins of mankind (the believers). However, he rose again, conquering death and making it possible to be saved. Believe that He( laid down his life for us ) died (the body, not His Spirit), he was buried, and He rose again from the dead as your Savior.  Thank you God for loving us, that you gave us the greatest gift of all, your one and only Son Jesus. Thank you for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Encourage !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Encourage !

Read 1 Thessalonians 5, Therefore encourage one another and build each other up. We are called to love God and to love each other. This is how we know what love is, Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? In the word from God, He tells us to encourage one another, Read Proverbs 10:11,The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life.  Your words have an impact, on people. Be an encourager! Always think positively, look for things to encourage others with your words. The book of Proverbs sums up the impact encouraging words can have when it says, in Proverbs 18:21, Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Speak only truth and good things.  Read Philippians 4:8, Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Did you get that? We're told to look for and focus on the positive things in life. When you talk, you make a series of choices about what subjects to discuss, what memories to bring up, and what points to make. Choose the positive words, not the negative things . Encourage others daily. In the book of Romans 14 chapter,Paul tells us , "Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification" Learn to be self-aware and listen to what you say. Be sure you make many more positive comments than negative ones. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Abide !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Abide !

To abide in Christ, however, is to be an obedient follower in fellowship with Christ the Savior and Lord.Let's look at John 15:1-7Jesus said:"I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch of mine that bears no fruit, he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already made clean by the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in me, he is cast forth as a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned. If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you." In those seven verses, the word abide is mentioned seven times. Read 1 John 3:24, it reveals that obedience is the condition for abiding, abiding in Him is compared to the Son's obeying the Father. Christ's abiding in the Father is a personal fellowship with the Father, so our abiding in Christ should be a personal fellowship with Christ. To truly abide in the vine is to become united with Christ in every area of your life.  Jesus spoke frequently to His disciples about abiding in Him.  To abide in Him means to remain in Him. All believers are called to bear much fruit, though how much will vary based upon a person's faith and obedience ( Romans 12:3 ) Christ’s desire, of course, is that we bear much fruit, not just some or a little. If we abide in Him, we will bear much fruit (John 15:5). Fruit-bearing involves becoming like Christ . Thank you God for your word . Amen !

The word for today is - Season !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Season !

Let's look at Acts 1:7, And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.  The Lord told us that there is a season for everything under the sun, “For everything there is a fixed time.” Learning how to discern the proper timing for life’s endeavor’s is very important. It’s not enough to know what to do; you also need to know “when to do a thing” and “how to get it done.”Ecclesiastes 8:5 says,  a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment. Because to every purpose there is time and judgment .Read Ecclesiastes 3,To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. God has made everything beautiful in its time, nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it. Did you get that? Nothing that's  going on in our life is new to God. He has a plan for us (the believer). This is for us the believers, Psalms 1:3 tells us that a “blessed” man, shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season ; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”  Why? Because he has learned to flow with the seasons that have been uniquely designed for his life. Designed by God, read Galatians 6:9  “and let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”  Thank you God for your word . Amen !

The word for today is - Decrease !

The word for today is - Decrease !

Let's look at John 3:30, John the Baptist says of himself: "He (Christ) must increase, but I ( flesh) must decrease." Did you get that? We must do something, we must decrease (flesh), so He can increase (Spirit).Read Romans, chapters 6-8, that we have two competing natures, the flesh and the spirit. When we follow our fleshly nature we are not following God, but our lower desires. In chapter seven he says that our spirit actually desires that we do good, but sometimes we let our flesh take over and then we do what we don’t spiritual want to do. Matthew 17:20, And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of  mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. In order for spiritual growth to occur, we must be taught, rebuked, corrected, and trained by God's Word. When you believe in Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit lives inside of you ,John 14:16-17 and you are a new creation in Christ !  How can I become more like Christ? First, you must get to know Him. We can not  grow to be like someone we don’t know. Of course, knowledge alone will not produce a Christlike character. The knowledge we gain from God’s Word must impact our hearts and convict us of the need to obey what we have learned. Read Luke 9:23-24, And he said to them all,(He said all mankind) If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. You must know that, He is a Spirit !   It's  the Holy Spirit who produces the fruit in us. We must submit ourselves to the Spirit's leading,it's the Spirit who produces the fruit of spiritual growth in our lives. What does spiritual growth look like? Read Galatians 5:22 it has the answer, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  God’s word often searches the heart to expose the unknown sin hidden inside us so we can deal with it. God’s intent is to change us. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Clean !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Clean !

Let's talk about your heart, read Psalm 51:10,Create in me a clean heart,O God; and renew a right spirit within me.The Bible encourages us to draw close to God and allow our hearts and bodies to be cleansed.Spiritual cleansing requires deep cleaning, it's a cleansing from within, inside and outside. As your heart gets clean, your language should follow. This is not just talking about bad language and complaining, but also negative talking also. This is not talking about what is true, okay? The word tells us to renew our minds. How do we do that ? Read Romans 12:2, And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. The mind needs to be renewed with Godly "established attitudes." Read Philippians2:5, Let this mind be in you , which was also in Christ Jesus. We are to have a  steadfast mind" set on the things of God. Let's look at the word of God, in Isaiah 26:3, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Read 1 Corinthians 6:19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?  The body is for the Lord; it's to be an instrument of righteousness to holiness, therefore is never to be made an instrument of sin. It's an honour to the believers that the Lord is in us. Being united to Christ as one spirit, and bought with a price of unspeakable value, the believer should consider himself as blessed and highly favored by God. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Death !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Death !

Let's read Galatians 1:10, For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. Are you a  "people-pleaser"?  You can never please all the people around you all the time. Read Galatians 6:3, For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.  To be His son and servant, then we must die to self not just daily, but every hour, minute, and second.  Without God's assistance we are absolutely nothing. Do I love others at least as much as I love myself? Is it hard to make a sacrifice, choosing to lay down your life for a friend? Laying down your life doesn't necessarily mean physical death. Have you ever thought about it? Do you not know that Jesus layed His life down for us? So we can ask? Jesus to come into our heart and change us, to put His Spirit ,His disposition, His character, into us.We are to be more like Him.  Read Galatians 5:25, If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit ( the old man is die). So look read Galatians 5:22-23, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance. In verse 26,Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Free !

The word for today is - Free !

Do you not know  (the believers) are free? Read Romans 8:3, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. Read the book of Romans,So they that are after the Spirit walk not after the flesh, but of the Spirit. The word of God says in Romans 8:1,There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.Romans 8:2, For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Now the word tells us if you are carnal minded your enmity against God, but to be spiritually minded is life. Do you not know who you are in Christ Jesus? The word tells us in Romans 8:14, For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. If we allow the Spirit to control us, we will experience true spiritual freedom. For Galatians 5:13 says, "You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love." Treating others the way we want to be treated is a great way of showing others love and respect.(Colossians 1:13-14) Freedom is only received through Jesus Christ. Christ has set us free. Stand firm and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. We need to thank God, we are free. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Believe !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Believe !

Hebrews11:6,But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Did you get that ? You must seek Him! True belief in Christ also requires a working knowlegde of who he is and what he came to do. You don't have to know everything that's in the Bible to believe in Jesus Christ, but you do have to know who he is and what he requires. Romans 10:11-16 says, For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. You have to have someone to preach the true word of God, the preacher is sent by God.You can see God sent his Son, read John3:16-18. Did you miss that?  Go to John 3:16, the most popular verse in the Bible.  This verse makes it clear that God sent Jesus into the world so that all who believe in Him would have eternal life.  Everyone still dies in the physical sense, but those who put their faith in Jesus will have eternal life. We need to know that there is no other way to have eternal life, except to go through Jesus Christ.  He is the only way to be saved from eternal death read, John 14:6, Acts 4:12. We have to know for ourself that He is. The devil believe that He is God. Amen! James2:19,Thou believest that there is one God ; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

The word for today is - Miracle !

Good morning,
The word for today is -  Miracle !

The most significant recorded miracle of all in the Bible is the virgin birth of Jesus Christ. His miracles are recorded in the first four books of the New Testament, turning water into wine, making blind people see, making deaf people hear and making lame people walk. Miracles in the Bible served two purposes. One is to show that the person performing the miracle is sent by God.The second reason is to create faith in those seeing the miracles. The same people who saw God part the Red Sea ,later doubted whether God was able to conquer the inhabitants of the Promised Land. The Lord has given different gifts (not all of them are miracles) to each individual member of the body of (believers) Christ, to be used to edify the whole body. We have different parts of a physical body, and we are given different abilities and serve different purposes in the body of (believers) Christ. Read Ephesians 4:11-12, it also explains, And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors; and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ. Are you working in your ministry? Read 1 Corinthians 12, the scripture says this: And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Does God perform miracles today? Yes ! God does still perform miracles, look in the mirror. You are created in the image of God, God sees you as a masterpiece; and when you look in the mirror say Psalm 139:14, I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well,  and smile.  The world focuses on the outward appearance, but God focuses on the inside of mankind ( the heart ).  Thank you God for your miracles in us. Amen !

The word for today is - Faithful !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Faithful !

Because God is faithful , I can be sure , why ? He always keeps His promises (His word)! Let's look at 1Corinthians 1:9, God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever more.  It doesn't say "He might do this," or "He'll 'try hard' to be faithful to what He says." The Bible is clear. God will do this; He is faithful to do what He says. What Faith is not,  our way of doing things passed down through the generations. What faith is,  to have faith is to believe in something or someone, to fully trust, to be so confident that you base your actions on what you believe. To have faith is to be fully convinced of the truthfulness and reliability of that in which you believe.God is faithful  "He will keep you strong until the end . . " It is not dependent on you and I. Sure, we are to work hard. Yes, we are to develop spiritual disciplines. But our continuance in the faith is not dependent on us, it is guaranteed by the Lord Himself. Read Philippians 1,  Paul tells us that he who began a good work will bring it to completion. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Fellowship !

Good morning,
The word for today is -  Fellowship !
Not only does the Bible say that “fellowship” is the evidence of walking in the light , but it also says in 1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, but it also says that loving the brethren is evidence of that walk. “He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him”,1 John 2:10. This shows that there is a strong, inseparable relationship between “fellowship” and “loving the brethren". When you can remain loving and steadfast, even if brothers say negative things about you, even if they let you down, or do offensive things, your love is being perfected, you’re growing up as a believer and becoming more like Christ!  This is the order and plan of God to stay in fellowship with one another. How much love do you have for your brethren? The Bible says that we’re supposed to be ready to lay down our life for our brothers and sisters that are in Christ Jesus. Amen ! But do you suppose you would really lay down your life for them if you’re not willing to even come together with them a few times a week for worship? By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren,read 1 John 3. Let's read, 1 Corinthians 14:40, “Let all things be done decently and in order.”  As a believer in Christ, you now can have fellowship with Jesus Christ Himself ! Also, Paul tells us that as believers we have the mind of Christ! Read 1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Thank you God for your fellowship with us . Amen !

The word for today is- Sacrifice !

Good morning,
The word for today is- Sacrifice !

The Bible says obedience is better that sacrifice. Sacrifice, in the Bible, is not just giving up something you would rather keep, it's also in one sense obedience to the word.. In Romans 12:1, Paul says, “I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.” Paul’s admonition to the believers in Rome was to sacrifice themselves to God."Let's look at Romans12:2  it helps us to understand, We are a living sacrifice for God by not being conformed to this world. What does this mean? It means lust of the flesh includes, desires for food, drink, sex, and anything else that satisfies physical needs. Lust of the eyes, whatever we see that others have we want it too. And the pride of life ,anything or anyone that puffs us up and puts us on the throne. This is not the plan or order of God, this is out of the will of our God. What is the way out? By being “transformed by the renewing of our minds.” We do this primarily through the power of God’s Word to transform us. We need to hear the word, Romans 10:17, read the word,Revelation 1:3, study the word,Acts 17:11, memorize the word,Psalm 119:9-11, and meditate on the word of God, Psalm 1:2-3  (Scripture) .It is the will of God for every believer to be a living sacrifice for (Him)Jesus Christ. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is- For !

Good morning,
The word for today is - For !

We have to get to the place to know that God is for us ( the believers), God is in control. He is not surprised by anything and He is not unsure how He is going to take care of his children. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? When we know that God  is working on our behalf at all times ( the believers). Do you not know that God is always watchin? The word tells us in Psalm 118, The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Faith is what we should have and what God desires to produce in us. "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" Romans 10. Faith and fear cannot exist together. !" Throughout life we will continue to face various trials that would cause us fear, but the peace of God, gives you understanding, he will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4. It is written, we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. The word tells us, if someone turns against us  in Romans 8, We're to say, "If God is for me who can be against me!" Then read Psalm 56,Then my enemies will turn back when I call for (God's) help. In God I have put all my trust; I will not be afraid. You have to turn it over to Jesus.  By this I will know that God is for me. Read  Romans, Who shall bring an accusation against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who shall, or who can bring a charge against somebody that God has already declared NOT GUILTY? If you are a child of God, by your faith in Jesus Christ His Son, then no one can hurt you. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? The word tells us, For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,  nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Thank you God for loving us , that you sent your one and only Son. Amen !

The word for today is Order!

Good morning,
The word for today is Order!

This is the order from God.

There is a “headship” or an order of leadership in God’s family: God the Father, the Son,and the Holy Ghost, man, and woman. In Genesis 2:18 ,And the Lord God said,  It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."But I want you to understand that God is the head of Christ," (1 Cor. 11:3),Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman. This the order from God. But sin entered the world through Adam, not through Eve.  Romans 5:12 says, "Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men."  This is because Adam represented humanity and creation.  When Adam fell, we fell.  This is why it says, "...in Adam all die," (1 Cor .15:22). For man does not originate from woman, but woman from man;  for indeed man was not created for the woman's sake, but woman for the man's sake. This headship is not about having the upper hand nor is it to mean that a woman has no rights or is a second-class citizen. The creation of the woman is linked with that of the man; but here the order of sequence is given, because the creation of the woman formed a chronological incident in the history of the human race.  Lets look at this, Jesus submitted Himself to the Father and followed His leadership. Can a woman teach a man? Yes, by the order of the Word. Of course she can. We need understanding. There is a difference between teaching “over “ a man and teaching “with, to, or under the authority” of a man. Let's take a look , In Judges 4 Deborah was a prophetess (a proclaimer of God’s truth) in all Israel (vs. 4). She was also a minister of state who gave military commands to men (vs. 14).  Huldah was a prophetess who stood before men and priests, saying, Thus says the Lord God of Israel” (2 Kings 22:14). Anna the prophetess (Luke 2:36-38) served in the temple night and day with fastings and prayers “And continued to speak of (Jesus) to all.” The word says to all.  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. Thank you God for your word.Amen !

The word for today is - Decently !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Decently !
1Corinthians 14:40, Let all things be done decently and in order. This is telling us to do things in the order of God's word. Amen! Let all things be done in an "appropriate" and "becoming" manner. Matthew 11:6,And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me. We have to know that God does not want us to be rude one to another. We are to show love, love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;  love does not keep a record of wrongs. Read Luke 6, If someone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other cheek as well. If someone takes your coat, don't stop him from taking your shirt. Do for other people everything you'd like them to do for you. Be merciful as your Father is merciful. This is the order for us who believe the word of God. Do you not know that God is all knowing? Are you in the order of God or  not (your out of order). The word is truth, God is truthful about who He is and what people need to do in order to lead a better life, we are to show love. Tell people “come as you are”, We love you. 1 Corinthians 13,If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I haveprophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.  If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.  Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.  Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. This is the order from God. Read 1 Corinthians 13:11,When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. Read 1Timothy chapter 6,Follow what is right and good. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Never!

The word for today is - Never!

Never say Never ! Never to late. Everyone needs a bit of encouragement from time to time. The word says never give up, and never give in.I can do all things through He who strengthens me."Philippians 4. You can do anything you choose to do if you keep God first in your life.  1 Corinthians 13,Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. This is telling us that we can endure, bear, and sustain, all things. Romans 12:12,Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is Life!

Good morning,
The word for today is Life!

The word tells us to be still, and let God have His way. We have to know that God knows everything that's going on in our life's." Does,God has a plan for our life's?" Yes, (the believers)! Is this not a silly question to ask? If,you don't understand  the things that are going on around you..This kind of thing happens everyday in the mind, the question is "Why me"or What is going on? Whenever we die to our own self (our way of thinking), then the Lord's power comes on us. Perhaps if you really believe in God, you will understand more of it. Read the last book of the Bible,  Revelation of Jesus Christ to John, the fifth chapter. Although it is somewhat difficult to understand, you will see that it speaks of an open heaven and there is a book like a scroll, closed with seven seals. In that scroll is God's plan for the world, and for the life of each one of us.The marvelous thing is, that even the unpleasant things work together for your good, for those who love God. That is the word from God.  Amen ! If you have a Bible at hand, take it and look in the New Testament, the epistle of Paul to the Romans, the eighth chapter, the 28th verse. And let it quietly enter your mind for a while, and also what is written in the next verse. Read it with a prayerful open heart, (and discover the plan He has for your life). Thank you God for your word for (the believers) us and to us your plans. Amen !

The word for today is - Amen!

Good morning,
The word for today is - Amen!

The Spirit is saying, "Amen"! The underlying meaning of the word “Amen” is truth and verity, to express strong agreement. And what does it mean? When we say, “Amen” we are saying, "Yes before God, I agree with that, I believe that to be true, and it is so". 1 Corinthians 10:31 ,"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." When we say Amen, it should only be to the glory of God. It means that we believe all the things we have read in the Bible are true. Read ,Romans 16:27; and Jude 25 ,“What I have written is the truth!” ( This is God talking to us and for our good) Amen! In Isaiah 65:16 the Lord is called "the God of truth"; the original Hebrew meaning, "the God of Amen." This is Isaiah’s way of saying that the Lord is the One who remains eternally true, the One who can always be relied on. Why do we say it? Read St. John verses , 1:51; 3:3, 5, 11; 5:19, 24, 25; 6:26, 32, 47, 53; 8:34, 51, 58; 10:1, 7; 12:24; 13:16, 20, 21, 38; 14:12; 16:20, 23; and 21:18. These twenty-five "Amen, Amen" sayings contain some of the most important things said and claims made by Jesus. The only person who says "Amen" in the Gospels is Jesus himself. The Lord 's prayer ends with “A-men” ( And when you pray the same prayer that Jesus did, “Our Father who aren’t in heaven….” the Father responds, “Amen", it's done), Matthews 6:9-13. The word Amen is found in the last verses of the Bible Revelation 22:20-21, He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. A-men. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. A-men!Thank you God for your word. Amen!

The word for today is - Favor !

Good morning,
The word for today is -  Favor !

Every believer is favored to some degree.  This is the favor that we receive from the Lord .The word says (the believers ) that we are highly favored by Him. Why? We are His children and He is our Father, that's favor. Having favor with God, will not always mean that you will have favor with man. It's all about God doing things at the right time, meeting the right people at the right time. Don't you just love when you find the favor of God being poured out in your life?  Let's look at Esther 7:2-3, And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed. Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request. Esther 2:17, Esther received royal favor above all the others. We must understand God's favor. There are many benefits of being in the favor of the Lord. Here are some of them:Psalms 5:12, For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. Psalms 119:58, I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word. Let's look at Mark 11,  Lord, I believe that all things are possible with you. Your word tells me that there is nothing too hard for you; that what is impossible with man is possible with God. Pray a confession of Healing, pray confessions of Favor over your finances, for a job and also for promotion on your job. The favor of God is with us, and on our lifes. 2 Corinthians 5:7,For we walk by faith, not by sight.Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is -Expectation !

Good morning,
The word for today is -Expectation !

We all have expectations which can be the force behind our emotions, thoughts and behavior. Expectations are what you think should happen in life.  This is the mind of the world, this isn't the heart of the believers. The heart often represents the will of a person. Let's read Matthew 7:12,“Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them, for this is the law and the prophets.” This does not mean you should always expect the best. What it does mean is that you should always give your best, even if your expectations are disappointed.  Expectations are not wrong, but sometimes our expectations are so far from reality that we set ourselves up for failure and disappointment. This is not healthy, but when we don't talk about our expectations, resentment and bitterness can grow. The key is through healthy communication. Let's look at the right expectations of God. Proverbs 23:18, For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off. The believer's expectation shall not be disappointed. Do you not know His word is true?  Genesis 12:3, And I ( Jesus) will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that ( dishonors you)  curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Let's look at what does the bible tell us in regards to what we can expect from God? Jeremiah 29:11,For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Proverbs 24:14, So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Ear !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Ear !

Let's look at Psalm34:15,The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. We are to believe that, God hears our ( the believers) voice. The believers have a voice in them a voice of prayer and supplications ; Let's look at Jesus, He offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying; and in the midst of his troubles, and surrounded with enemies, declared his faith in God as his God, Hebrews 5:7. Why did Jesus go out of His way to point out that the voice was not for His benefit? Do you not know that Jesus  heard the voice of God all the time. He was in constant communion with the Father. This is what the Father is saying to us stay in communion with Him. How?  But the disciples needed to hear it, so they could have faith to believe. Let's look at verse 17, The righteous cry, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. He is happy (delights )when we come to him and ask him to help us. The Father is always giving us the things we need, not the things we want.He never sleeps and is always available to hear our prayer. We must humble ourselves and seek Him. The word says in 2Chronicles 7:14-15, If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. "Blessed Are Your Ears"... Revelation 2:7a, He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying, (to us and for us) we are the church. It's a wonderful and great privilege to be able to have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying. It is sad to say, but too many people do not have a spiritual ear. Because of this, we have many problems existing in many ways. We read in 1 Corinthians 2:9-10: "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. What's in the heart ? Is it love or hate? But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searchest all things, yea, the deep things of God." Jesus told His disciples: "blessed are your ears, for they hear." ( or you are able to understand what you hear) "For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to, hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them" Matthew 13:16-17. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Choose !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Choose !

What do you prefer?  Life or death? Are you choosing to worship?  What Does it Really Mean to Worship in Spirit and Truth? Let's look at this first, worship is awsome, but what is very important is this ,who are you worshipping? Also, true worship is giving, not receiving. Get this, God gets all the praise ! Amen!  For He is uniquely worthy to be honored in this way, God is the essence and the heart of worship. Let's look at the heart; Just as He that findeth his life shall lose it, and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it, Matthew 10:39 and hate our life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal, John 12:25 and humble ourselves to be exalted ,Matthew 23:12 . So we must give of ourselves completely and totally to the worship of God to receive abundant spiritual blessings in return. The Lord said, "Give, and it will be given to you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. Do you choose to worship in Spirit and True? True worship then is worship from the inside out. He has repeatedly judged those who failed to worship Him according to His word. Who do you choose to worship?  Is it,  God or man (Acts 10:26), is it idols (1 John 5:21),is it  demons (1 Cor. 10:19-22),is it angels (Rev. 22:8-9), or is it  Satan.  Jesus said, "You shall worship the Lord your God only."Amen ! When we choose, God with our spirit and in truth, above everything else God will be pleased, and that is the most important thing, also our lives will  be transformed. Do you need to be transformed?  Choose Jesus, He is the only way to the Father. He says in Matthew 11:28, Come unto me, all (ye) that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. He is telling us to (choose) come to him, lay down your  burdens (all of them, not some) at his feet, then keep your mind on Him , then I  (Jesus) will give you peace . Thank you God for your word . Amen !

The word for today is - Gifts !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Gifts !

Let's look at the gifts that comes from God,In 1 Corinthians 12, we learn that spiritual gifts are given to God's people by the Holy Spirit for "the common good." Verse 11 says the gifts are given according to God's sovereign will ("as he determines"). Ephesians 4:12 tells us these gifts are given to prepare God's people for service and for building up the body of Christ. While there are different kinds of gifts (1 Corinthians 12:4), generally speaking, spiritual gifts are God's given graces (special abilities, offices, or manifestations) meant for works of service, to benefit and build up the body of Christ as a whole. We are to build up people, not to tear down people. Spiritual gifts include the following: wisdom, knowledge, faith, gift of healing, miraculous powers, prophecy, discernment (distinguishing between spirits), speaking in tongues and interpretation of tongues (I Corinthians 12:8-10). We are to be thankful. Thank you God for your gift. Amen !

The word for today is -Time !

The word for today is -Time !

Let's look at the book of Ephesians 5:16, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. We are told  to redeem time from all that would destroy our mind. Do you not know that God has giving us all, something in common? What is it? It's the same amount of time each day. God has giving twenty-four hours to each one of us. That's awsome ! Now,what you do with it is up to you. Amen !  Jesus is coming back. The promise of his coming again is frequently stated in the New Testament."And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself that where I am, there ye may be also" John 14:3. Let's look at Revelation 1:3, Blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.  When will the Lord return?  No man knows. No prophecy indicates that time. No passage reveals that day. It is pure speculation to name a day, and one who presumes to do so is a false prophet. Peter informs us, with reference to it, "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night" 1 Peter 3:10. There just isn’t enough time in a day to do everything. You must always find time for God's word. What is your view of time and life itself ?  God is not limited by time as we are. He is the sovereign of time. With Him one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day ,  2 Peter 3:8. He sees the past, present, and the future as one. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Battle !

The word for today is - Battle !

Do you not know that a Distraction is,mental turmoil? The act of distracting is drawing someone's attention away from something. This is a drawing apart; separation, derangement of the mind. This is the act of Satan, going after your mind. Let's look at Jahaziel prophesies after the Spirit of God comes upon him.  In 2 Chronicles 20, And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. If, Jehoshaphat had tried to fight this battle, he would have lost it. God told him, "for the battle is not yours but the Lord's". There are some battles that are not ours to fight . We'll never win ! We'll lose some battles because they are not ours to fight.  We have to turn them over to the Lord. A powerful example of someone strong in the Lord’s power is Michael, the archangel, read in Jude 9. Michael, likely the most powerful of all of God’s angels, did not rebuke Satan in his own power but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” When it came to his conflict with Satan, Michael rebuked Satan in Jesus's name and authority, not his own. It is only through our relationship with Jesus Christ that believers have any authority over Satan and his demons. It is only in His Name  ( Jesus ) that our rebuke has any power. There is somethings our Father is showing us, it's about learning , His power and His authority over everything that is . Psalm 119:71,  It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - World !

Good morning,
The word for today is - World !

The word of God says ,We are in this world ,but not of the world. God has provided a way of escape . It's clear that knowing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the way to escape the world’s corruption. Let's look at this first the world is not the same as the earth , Genesis 1:1 In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. The ruler of the world is Satan read 1 John 5:19 ,And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. Some people may ask a question ? "How can believers be in the world, but not of the world?" By the simple definition that the word world refers to a world system ruled by Satan. The word tells us that the believers are no longer of the world. People of the world will know that there is something “different” about us. How? Our way of living, it should be pure and clean, both in heart and conversation. We are the temple of the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of God dwells in us (the believers). It's in the word 1 Corinthians 3:16, Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?  Let's look at John 15:18-19, If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you ( this is Jesus talking) . If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: ( the people of the world would love you) but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world ( Who did it? Not you. But, Jesus did it !),therefore the world hateth you. Do you see it's not us (the believe) who they hate, it's the God in us ! We are no longer ruled by sin, nor are we bound by the principles of the world. The believers are simply in the world physically, but not of it (spiritual), not part of its values read John 17:14-15. As believers, we are set apart from the world. This is the meaning of being holy and living a holy, righteous life. We are not to engage in the sinful activities the world promotes, nor are we to retain the insipid, corrupt mind that the world creates. We are not to be conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of our minds. Read Romans 12.  This is a daily activity and commitment.  Thank you God for  your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Cross !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Cross !

The gospel is the message of the cross. We are to "submit to the power of the cross". We are to have "faith in the cross". We are to place ourself on the cross." Do you not know that "the cross is divine."  Let's first look at what took place at the cross, the place of the crucifixion , Jesus gave His life as ransom for many ,Matthew 20:28; Mark 10:45; I Timothy 2:6.  Let's look at what took place last, from the cross Jesus said, "It is finished" and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost, John 19:30. Then we see the first day of the week comes Mary Magdalene early morning, she sees the stone taken away from the (tomb) sepulchre. She runs and tells the disciple, they have taken away the Lord's body, and we know not where they have laid him.. They forgot the words Jesus told them, He said that he must rise again from the dead. Look at this Mary weeping, Woman why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? This is Jesus talking to her. Jesus calls out  her name Mary ,she turned  to Him. He tells her touch me not, for I  am not yet ascended to my Father. He then the same day came and stood in the midst of the disciples and said unto them,Peace be unto you. He then did the same thing after eight days again. Why because of Thomas, he was not there the first time Jesus came. Jesus says to Thomas because you have seen me you believed , he said blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed.  That s the key, you must believe the word of God! Thank you God for your word. Amen!

The word for today is - Message !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Message !

Matthew 17:20, And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.The mustard-seed is the smallest of all seeds.Jesus is saying to us, Because of your little faith (unbelief).  Let's read chapter Luke 7, the widow mother her only son that was dead, the Lord saw her , he had compassion on her and said unto her, Weep not. He said to the Young man, I say unto thee. Arise. He that was dead sat up and began to speak. Mark 9:23 , Jesus said unto him, "'If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."Do you not see the key ? (It's that we must believe in our heart), read John 11:40, Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God ? Read this chapter 11,you will see the dead come forth, Jesus cried out Lazarus come forth. He had to call Him by name or all that was dead would come forth. Things are done by faith.  Do you not know, what's in you. According to the Bible, a person's heart reveals his or her true nature and motivation. In Jeremiah 17:10, the Bible says that God "searches the heart."  Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Promise,Plan and purpose !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Promise,Plan and purpose !

In Philippians 4:19 it  says, But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. This is a promise by God, to supply all your needs only, not your wants. Amen ! There is something we must do, what is that? Ask ! Read Matthew 7:7,Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:Ye have not, because ye ask not. God promises to give us wisdom if we just ask Him in prayer, believing that He will give it. James 1:5, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God,that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him".  God’s plan for life is revealed in the Book of Genesis. God does have a great plan for our lifes! Jeremiah 29:11,  For I know the thoughts  (plans) that  I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. This is the plan to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future’” .  Remember that God's ultimate purpose for all of us is that He would be glorified . Read 1 Corinthians 10:31, Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. We have to get to a place in God to know, that we know everything is working out for our good. Let's read, Philippians 1:6, Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Process !

The word for today is - Process !

First, let me say Happy Thanksgiving. This is the Day that the Lord Has Made; Let Us Rejoice and Be Glad in It. Psalms 118:24. Let's look at the process  going on in our (life) walk. The process is to have the fruits of the Spirit, Galatians 5, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. The word is telling us to walk what way? Let's look at Galatians 5,This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. You must know that you know that your in the will of God. Amen ! The grief process at the onset is difficult, but as time passes we'll begin again to look for reasons to hope, then grief turns to hope. Look in John 10 it says, "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; nor shall anyone snatch them out of My hand." Let's look at the healing process. In most of the healing stories of the Gospels, Jesus asks people to believe that he can heal them. In the word Jesus tells,  the people that he healed, “your faith has made you (whole ) well." Ephesians 5, See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Make the decision to let God be God. But it helps immensely when we realized there is somebody  more qualified than Jesus ,who is in charge of our life. It certainly isn't easy, and it certainly doesn't happen overnight.  Read John 3:16, "whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." 2 Corinthians 5:7, where Paul says, “ For we walk by faith, not by sight.” So we are to live by faith in God, not in our way of thinking. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Give !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Give !

When we give ourselves to God, we are simply saying that we are going to do all that God expects us to do.The more that we seek God, the more that we will learn who he is and why we are here. You love God with all your heart, by loving Him will all of your emotions. You love God with all your Soul ,by loving Him with all of your powers at your desposal.
You love God with all your mind, by using your brain!  We have to give something back to Him, ( sometime with Him). Amen! Let's first look at Genesis 2:7, And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Did you get that? That's some time with mankind, He didn't speak, He formed man from the ground. The first thing is He gave us Life. The Creator, he gives( life) being to all creatures and things. Genesis 1:26-27,And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Now, let's look at the words (in our image) ,would you say God is talking to someone?  Okay, He says in our image? He's telling us something. What image is that? Let's read Genesis chapter 1 and chapter 2. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Heart !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Heart !

Let's look at the heart. The word "heart"  (appears) in the King James Bible 830 times. What does the bible say in Mark 12:30,"And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy HEART, and with all thy SOUL, and with all thy  MIND, and with all thy  STRENGTH : this is the first commandment.   Jesus tells us in John 14:6, "I am the way, the Truth, and the Life, no man cometh unto the Father but by Me."  He is feeling something ( love ) for us, He is telling us the only way to the Father. Are you really listening to what is being said. Let's look at the widow woman's offering in Luke 21, the widow woman gave more to the temple by giving two coins. Why? Because of what was in her heart (she gave all that she had). Philippians 4:6-7, Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. We have to ask God to do something in us, that only He can do. What is it? Read, Psalm 51:10,Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Let's look at Proverbs 23:7, For as he thinketh in his heart, so [is] he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart [is] not with thee. God is telling us to love Him with your whole heart. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Lying !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Lying !

Let us first give a definition as to what a lie is according to Webster’s dictionary:To make a false statement in order to evade the truth. To make a statement that one knows is false, especially with the intent to deceive. Also, knowing your giving a wrong impression, a false image. The word says in James 3:14,  But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against the truth. It is certainly true that if we knowingly tell someone that we are going to do something while at the same time knowing that we have no intentions of following through on our promise or commitment, then, we are guilty of lying , there was intent to deceive that person. God always keep His Word. God still keeps His Word today and is faithful to keep every promise,He isn't like man. That is why He is reliable and we can trust Him always. Thank you God for your word is true. We are called to be like Him. Romans 13:13 tells us we are to walk "honestly." We are not to walk in  "rioting and drunkenness". 1 Corinthians 3:3 tells us that "envying, strife and division"  this is a sign of a carnal mind. Galatians 5:20 lists strife as one of the works of the flesh. Are we walking in the Spirit or in flesh? Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Day !

 Good morning,
The word for today is - Day !

This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it,  Psalms 118:24. No matter what's going on in your life, at this very moment  praise God for His new day.The Lord did not grant us another day on earth to worry about what's going to happen next. He gave it to us to rejoice and be glad in it. We don't have to be filled with fear. We have to know that God is with us,He will get us through what ever we have to face. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold, Psalm 46:1-3,7. This is the day we have to be thankful for.  We all have days when the last thing we want to do is rejoice. Days when our situation is out of control,  and we are feeling overwhelmed with things. We are to ask the Lord for help, to help us regain our joy back. Matthew 11:28,  Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Your are to be in Christ and Christ in you.  Matthew 6:21, For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Focus!

Good morning,
The word for today is - Focus!

When it comes to spiritual growth, most of us know it requires focus, dedication, devotion, and sustained effort. The word tells us in Matthew 6:24,No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.God gives us away out. Move forward.  Philippians 3:13, 14, "Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. We need to get in a place with God, to say that neither height nor death nor angles nor demons, anything or anyone "can separate me from the love of Christ. Why do we go to the house of God?  To worship the Lord . And what?  Focus on Him.   When we get sidetracked and think about everything and everybody around us, that is, losing focus.  Our everyday walk can be off., if everything we're doing  is for people and nothing for Christ then this is losing focus.  Some people are doing to many things at one time that's not good. Why do we need to stay focused? God has a plan for our life. It's a perfect plan. So,  if God has a perfect plan for us, we need to ask ourself , "am I fulfilling God's perfect plan?"  If not ,are you getting off track? Are you for getting the things behind you and going forward? The bible says, "He whom the son sets free is free indeed."  Let's look  in the Scriptures, Jesus stated, “Who hath ears to hear, let him hear… in Romans 10:17 which states, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” We have to have time for God everyday. Why look at Isaiah 5:13,14 which says, “Therefore my people are gone into captivity, (why?) because they have no knowledge... therefore hell has Enlarged  herself, and opened her mouth without measure:...” why? because man rejected knowledge hell enlarged herself   The word says study, 2 Timothy 2:15, Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Thank you God for your word. Amen !
