The word for today is - Desires !

You may have heard some people say, that the Lord will give you the desires of your heart?  Yes this is true, if your desires line up with the word of God.We have to always line up the desires with His word, the Scriptures will reveal the Lord's will for us. God is not saying that we can have anything we want, No! We must align our heart's desires with His word first, then you can position yourself for His blessings. We have to acknowledge that, He knows what is best for us. Lets not take matters into our own hands, trust Him. The word says,Stay focus on the path that God has for you, commit to Him read Matthew 6:24,No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.Why? The word says, God's wrath is on Unrighteousness, read Romans 1:18-22,For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. No one is wiser then God, lets make a note of that today read 1 Corinthians 1:25, Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. We should know that the word of God is truth and life,read 1 Timothy 1:8-11,But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust. We have to get understanding first, ask yourself what would Jesus do?Jesus committed Himself to the will of God. How? He always prayed to the Father in Heaven,He seek the Lord always,read Psalm 105:3-4,Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore. The word says, God is always good to these who wait for direction from Him, read Lamentations 3:25,The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.The Lord will give you everything that is best for you! We need to  stay focused, God has a plan for your life. Ask yourself, "Am I fulfilling God's perfect plan" for my life? Are you getting off track? Jesus says, keep your eyes on me, pray and pray some more!Never stop praying to the Father, He will give you the desires of your heart. Father, my desire is to please you,to grow into the woman you have called me to be! Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
