The word for today is - Power !

 

We need to give thanks to our Lord and Savior for all that He has done for us. Are you growing in your faith?Are we growing in the knowledge of, who God true is? Do we truely know the power of God? When Jesus becomes our Lord and Savior, we are automatically transformed, from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light.Read Colossians 1:10-14,That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.We are the children(the believers) of God.We are chosen by Him, read NIV, 1 Thessalonians 1:4-5,For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. You know how we lived among you for your sake. Now read KJV, 1 Thessalonians 1:4-5,Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God. For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.We have power within us to move forward.God rewards those who earnestly seek him, Im not saying that we have faith in God just to get something from Him. No !  Faith is where the Promises and Work of God are made real to His children, read Romans chapter 4. We have receive righteousness by faith in Christ Jesus. Are you walking by faith? Or, just talking faith? Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
