The word for today is - Friends !

 

I was thinking about friends this morning in my spirit, God said for us to love one another, read 1 John 4:7-8,Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. Then, I was thinking how many of us are true friends? The word of God has giving us a new command, read John 13:34, A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. If you say you love God and not love your brother you are a lier, that is the word of God. Read Romans 12:10,Be tender loving one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another. In other words show respect for each other and be devoted to one another, be kindly affectioned to one another.The word of God says, don't be selfish, read Philippians 2:3,Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves. Some people are life time friends, and others are friends for a season. The word of God says, let no one deceive you, read 1 John 3:7-8, Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. A true friend is always there, when you need them! Jesus said , I AM always with you. Let us walk by the Spirit of Love daily. Thank you for your word. Amen !
