The word for today is -Blessed !

We are a blessed people,why? Because we can worship God at all times, read Psalm 33:12,Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.Understand this, we are a blessed nation, freedom to vote, freedom to worship Christ openly, and to read the bible freely. We have freedom of speech and the right to worship whatever god we so please.We have brothers and sisters in other parts of the world who die for our Lord and Savior everyday. They die with peace within because they trust in Jesus and His saving grace, but are we at peace from within? Christ is more concerned about our ‘Spiritual Being', Christ came to change our inward person,satan came to steal from your enter man, read John 10:10,The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.We need to be renewed by the Spirit of God. The word says, do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. This means think about things above, read Colossians 3:2,Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. The things here on earth are  temporary, but the things in Heaven are eternal,read 2 Corinthians 4:18,While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.We are blessed (the believers),it is the gift from God,read Ephesians 2:7-9,That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:Not of works, lest any man should boast. Heavenly Father, we thank you for your gift to us! Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
