The word for today is - Witness ! 

 

Are you a witness for Christ? Its in 1 Peter 3:15,But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear. The bible says always be ready to witness of the goodness of Jesus!  The bible says, in Colossians 3:23,And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men. Did you get that? What ever you do, do it for God to get the glory. Some people are living in this world without knowing God. They don't know what is the purpose of life? It is to glorify God ! God created us for His own Glory. So, what does that mean? It means to acknowledge His glory and to value it above all things, and to make it known to others. We all should have a desire to know Him. Read Galatians 3:28,There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Now read Ephesians 4:1-13, I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. Wow, the message is clear, there is one God that is greater then all, and He has giving us all a gift! Now read Jeremiah 9:23-24, Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.  When you witness to others read Psalm 145:18,The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. Now, the 10 Commandments shows us that we cannot keep God’s law, no matter how sincere we are and no matter how hard we try. We all need help, where does our help come from? Read Psalm 147:5, Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite. When we witness the message:God is forgiving and will forgive us from the moment we begin a relationship with him. Jesus, the Son of God, paid for our sin with his death on a cross, THE DEATH, BURIAL AND RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST. He rose from the dead and offers us this forgiveness.We are made right in God's sight when we trust in His Son Jesus.
