The word for today is - Ready !

 

The Bible tells us to always be ready. Why? Because,the Jesus will return, no one knows the Day or Hour when Jesus will return. Jesus, Himself, said no one would be able to predict exactly when He would return,No not one! Read Mark 13:32-33, “But of that day and hour no one knows", not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. Because no one knows when Jesus will come again for the final judgment, we must always be prepared. The word of God tells us, in Matthew 24:43-44, But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into.Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.The word of God says, look for the signs of the time. Now lets look at Matthew 24:1-8, And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Read Matthew 24 verses, 13-14, But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. What day, time or hour, no one knows , so be ready at all times.The Bible tells of many events that will occur before the Second Coming and which will be signs that the end is near. Did you get that? it says that the end is near. There will be wars, famines, earthquakes, false prophets, persecutions, and an increase in wickedness, but the Gospel must first be preached to all nations, then the end, thats the word from God. Anyone who says they know when the world will end is calling Jesus a liar.The word of God tells us Jesus cannot lie, He is not like man, read Titus 1:2, In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began. So, the message is very important of being prepared or ready always for the coming of Christ Jesus. So, you must be ready to be there by making all your preparations now. Lets look at Matthew 25:1-12, Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. So, the word from God is saying, Prepared yourself get ready! Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
