The message to the beloved Children of God - Called for a purpose!

In honor of Black History Month, known also as African-American History Month in America. Everyday we will have a study on Black History and God's love.

To mark the start of Black History Month, five black chemists have been honoured by the American Chemical Society. The society released a commemorative video looking back at the careers of five scientists who changed the world. They include Percy Julian, Mae Jemison, Patricia Bath, Betty Harris and George Washington Carver. Seek this information for yourself.

I believe that we're all called into a ministry.What matters to God is the children of God knowing Him, trusting His word and His plan for our lives. He, who has saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus. What matters to God will be revealed in His word to us. Read Ephesians 4:11-15, And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ. Understand this, you are the Lord's service! Only God places the call upon your heart and life. The purpose of this message is to open your heart and thinking to the call, God has spoken to you in the past or may speak to you in the future, it's for a purpose. Those who are called must trust His plan. How do you know "for sure" that you are called to the ministry? The hard answer to this question is that you will know "for sure" only in your heart and spirit. Those that are called will have an hunger for the word of god. You will walk this path by faith, not by sight, trusting His word. We shall serve the Lord with gladness and thankfulness. Read Deuteronomy 28:47-48, Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee. Heavenly Father, we thank you Lord for your grace and your mercy. As it is written in Psalm 100:1-5, Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. We thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
