The message to the beloved Children of God - Staying Focus !

In honor of Black History Month, known also as African-American History Month in America. Everyday we will have a study on History and God's love.
                                          Mark Dean and Dennis Moeller
Mark Dean and his co-inventor Dennis Moeller created a microcomputer system with bus control means for peripheral processing devices. Their invention paved the way for the growth in the information technology industry. We can plug into our computers peripherals like disk drives, video gear, speakers, and scanners. Dean was born in Jefferson City, Tennessee, on March 2, 1957. He received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee, his MSEE from Florida Atlantic University, and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Early in his career at IBM, Dean was chief engineer working with IBM personal computers. The IBM PS/2 Models 70 and 80 and the Color Graphic Adapter are among his early work. He holds three of IBM's original nine PC patents.
Currently, Dean is vice president of performance for the RS/6000 Division. He was named an IBM fellow in 1996 and in 1997, received the Black Engineer of the Year President's Award. Dean holds more than 20 patents. He was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 1997. Mark E. Dean and Dennis L. Moeller developed the improvements in computer architecture that allow IBM and compatible PCs to use high performance software and to work in tandem with peripheral devices. Their work enhanced the PC by enabling components to communicate with each other in a high-speed, efficient manner. The first commercial use of their patents was marketed in 1984 in the IBM PC/AT computer.

The message to the beloved Children of God - Staying Focus !
Children of God, this is the season to stay focus. Let us keep our hearts and minds stayed on Him ( Jesus). Jesus is “the author and finisher of our faith”. Read Hebrews 12:1-2,Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. He is the cause of our faith, we do not possess the power within ourselves to have faith without him. His grace empowers our faith within us by His power and omnipotence. Our faith is in Him, through Him and by His spirit alive within us.You're blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road set before you. Children of God, turn and focus upon Jesus Christ , He is the only way to the Father in heaven, our carnal nature has falling away from Him, focus on Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “If you have seen me, you have seen the Father.”He came to save a lost and dying world entrapped and enslaved by the curse of sin. He spoke of the good news and preached that the kingdom of God was at hand. Jesus wants to reveal himself to us, it is easy to take our eyes off of Him (God) as we watch all the turmoil taking place round us daily. Understand God is still on the throne, He is in control of everything. The word of God tells us that there is nothing new under the sun to God. Read Ecclesiastes 1:8-10, All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing. The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us. How many times a day does the enemy try to steal, kill and destroy your faith _____ (daily)? Let us take our thoughts captive and subject them to Christ Jesus. Read 2 Corinthians 10:5-6, Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. Why we need to stay focused, because God has a plan for your life. The Bible says “My people perish for lack of knowledge." Heavenly Father, let us learn to maintain our focus. Let us get to know your way and your plans. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen!
