The word for today is -  Journey !

 

Sometimes we have to ask ourself, are we on the right path for life ? Understand this, there is a journey set right before us ( the believers ) daily. We have a daily journey, it is called the journey of life, read Psalm 90:9-12, For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath. So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. If you choose the ways of the world and do not go by the word of God you will die in your sin.There is a way that appears to be right in the eye sight of man,but in the end it leads to death. Jesus said, I have come to bring you life, read John 10:7-10, Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Let us life the abundant life!!! There is no hope apart from the Lord Jesus Christ. When He comes He will take all believers unto himself and we shall be forever with the Lord. Then there will follow the terrible time of Great Tribulation such as the world has never seen. After this, He will set up His Kingdom and take the government of the world upon His shoulders. Wow, how awesome is this? Let us move forward, let us run our own race. And let us give Him thanks, for all He has done this far for us! Heavenly Father, I go before you at the throne of grace, help your people to understand that nothing just happens, everything happens for a reason. For you are a God with a plan, for you have a purpose for everything. Let us grow to understand that you know want is best for us. Let us understand that there is a season for everything under the sun, a time to smile and a time to cry! Children of God, we have hope in Christ Jesus. Father, we must get to a place in you to know that there is a lesson to learn in every situation. Amen ! Thank you Lord  for your word. Amen !
