The word for today is - Transforming !

 

The bible is very clear, the mind needs to be transformed, read Colossians 3:8-10,But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him. The word says, be no longer conformed to this world,but be transformed into the image of God. The mind has been programmed, with thoughts, ideas from friends, books, television, movies, and parents. When the bible says, train up a child the way to go,read Proverbs 22:6,Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. This is a command give to us by God, read Deuteronomy 6:6-7, And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Our minds need to be renewed everyday. Why ? Because some people believe that they are God's gift to the world, because of wealth. Not true,Wrong!  Read Romans 12:2-3,And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. God wants to change our way of thinking first, there is a  transformation process that takes place from the inside out. When this takes place then you will spend some good and  quality time really studying and meditating on the word of God. Teach the children to fear no man, but fear God. Why? Because one day they will stand before Him alone,read Deuteronomy 4:10, Specially the day that thou stoodest before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children. You must learn how to develop exactly what it is that you should be thinking about. You must put away negative thinking, and put on godly thinking, do you best and let the Holy Spirit do the rest. Make the best effort that you can to try and control your thoughts and tongue. We are fighting everyday, its Spiritual warfare everyday, read 2 Corinthians 10:3-6,For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.Thank you Lord for your word.
