The word for today is - Image !

Lets look at the beginning of time,read Genesis 1:26-27,And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. The words "image" and "likeness" used in Genesis 1:26-27 express the idea of the whole man being created in this way. And ,God saw all that He had made and called it "good”. Read Genesis 1:31,And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. Part of being made in God’s image is that Adam had the capacity to make a choice. So, would you say that you have a choice also, to obey or disobey? God has given man free will, which likewise reflects God's image. Every man has the ability to choose for himself his actions. Mankind understands that certain things are good and certain things are bad (evil). We are Spirit, Soul, and Body.The spirit is that part of humans that is able to love and experience God directly.It is found in no other animal species, since no other species can experience God or form a relationship with Him.The soul is best described as the characteristics that make up the advanced brain, including mind, will and emotion, and the soul needs a body. We are created after the likeness of God,and God is a Spirit read  Galatians 5:16-17,This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. We should be walk and talking by the Spirit of God. Read James 2:26,For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. Thank you Lord for your word.
