The word for today is - Beware!

 

Do you know the Spirit of God? Read 1 John 4:1-4, Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Did you not know that the Holy Spirit is with you always, so the Holy Spirit will lead you. The Bible tells us, to be aware at all times! You have to understand that every Spirit is not of God. Read 2 John 1:10-11, If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. The Lord warns us of these false teachers and tells us to beware of them. Read John 8:42-44, Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Do not be led astray by false ideas, trends, or other things just because they are new or sounds good. Rather, receive and build your strength on Jesus Christ and righteousness.We need to get the truth, you have to understand that some are teaching a false gospel. They will come looking like sheep, but they are wolves! Read  Matthew 7:13-15, Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. The man or woman that meditate day and night on God's word is blessed ! Read Psalm 1:1-6, Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish. You can not hide anything from God,read  Matthew 9:4, And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? God says, I know the heart of every man!  Now,read Galatians 5:22-25,But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Are you walking by the Spirit? Its love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance.Thank you Lord for your word. Amen!
