The word for today is - Unity !

 

Lets start with the Bible,the Bible wasn't written to us, but for us, read Romans 15:4-7, For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God. Wow, thats powerful, it says to receive one another in love! Also,read Ephesians 4:11-13, And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. Get, this He gave some, not everyone that say Lord is of God. But, the ones He gave is for the perfecting and work in the ministry with knowledge of Christ.  Lets read John 17:23, I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. It says, I am is in them and they are in me (Jesus) ! Now get this, Read 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many. It says one Spirit, its the Spirit of God. Now read this key note in Philippians 2:1-3, If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Wow, can you put others before yourself? Christ did, He did it for you and me! Thank you Lord for your word and your love. Amen !
