The word for today is - Counsel !

The word for today is - Counsel !

Lets look at Proverbs 12:15,The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise. You see the foolish person thinks that it is okay to do things there way, but God wants His followers to be viewed differently. He wants the world to be able to see those who accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, as people of integrity; people who will go the extra mile to do what is right. People who are honest, trustworthy; people who speak with Spiritual Words, who speak healing and kindness. Now read Proverbs 11:14, Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety. So,be very mindful of the people who speak things into your life, also the things that people have said about you. Now get this, read Proverbs 10:11, The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. The righteous man speaks like a fountain of living water, continually running and flowing like water, wholesome, reviving, and refreshing. So, the righteous men speaks out of their mouth from the abundance of their heart, it overflows with good things and truth always. The wise gain this wisdom by reading the word, by hearing the word, by meditation on the word from God, by prayer, and by having faith in the word from God. The word from God tells us that good counsel comes from Him. Read Psalm 1:1,Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. This is telling us the characteristic of an righteous person, who always been true in the past, true in the present, and will be true in the future. Did you get that? Always true and never ever changes, in the past, present, or the future. Who do that sound like to you?______! It sounds like God to me,always the same, always speaking the truth, and always looking out for our good. Read Proverbs 19:20-21, Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end. There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand. So, stand on the counsel of the Lord, His word. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
