The word for today is - Reward!

The word for today is - Reward!
Are you look for a reward from the Lord. Read Psalm 19:11,Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. Now lets look at the great reward from the Lord, read Psalm 103:8-13,The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. The greatest reward is, if you forsaken others for the name sake of the Lord, you will inherit everlasting life. Its in the word from God, no one or anything comes before God. The saints who have put Christ first in their lives, and who have placed all other things and other people who enter their lives in second priority to Christ. Our work for Christ must have first priority, because our love for Christ must be greater than the love for anyone or anything. The Lord Jesus said in Matthew chapter 10:37, He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Now,read Matthew 19:29,And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. Now get this, every saint should expect persecutions, why? Are you greater them the one who sent you? No! Read John 15:20, Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. Can we thank the Lord for these persecutions? Yes ! We must certainly thank Him for all these things, both good and bad, because we know that it says in Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”. You see its for a purpose! God knows what is good for us, and so we must, Thank Him for everything, He sends our way. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
