The word for today is - Partaker !

 

Let's read Colossians 1:12-13 says, "Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. We have a king and live in a new kingdom, we must understand "kingdom principles" if we are to be victorious. The Lord never meant for us to wait until we die to experience heaven, but purposed for us to bring heaven to the earth through the power of His Spirit. Read Ephesians 5:3-7 ,But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as  becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know, that no whoremonger,nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore, do not be partakers with them. The Holy Spirit separates us from the world, we are design to be pleasing to God. If we are to receive God's blessings in His Son, we must be "partakers of the divine nature." Read 2 Peter 1:4, Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.The "divine nature" is simply God-likeness. Read Genesis 1:27, So, "God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: male and female created he them. Our character must become like the very moral nature of God, that we might be fit to dwell with Him throughout eternity.
