The message for the beloved Children of God for the weekend- " What's Dwelling in You?"

Good morning The message for the beloved Children of God for the weekend- " What's Dwelling in You?"
It's in Acts 17:28For in him we live and move and have our being. Have you heard that, 'We are His offspring.' Read Colossians 1:17,He is before all things, and in him all things hold together." Because we are God's beloved children, we are special in His eye sight, He's our Heavenly Father. But nothing of our own makes us special, it's the cross (Jesus' blood). So, why are people worrying about tomorrow ? Get this understanding, worry is one of Satan's greatest tools to make people doubt God's Word. Because the unknown can bring fear instead of Faith. When we don't know which way to go or what to do, just turn to the Word of God. And then, the Holy Spirit will guide you, if you trust Him. It's only God that dwells within us by His Spirit that separates us from others, showing us the right way. This world will put demands on our time. We all live busy lives, not now. Many things crowd into our daily schedules, not now. We all know that we should make time for God, how about now? Some people put the Lord’s work on the back burner. Some people still attend church sometimes, but it's not their strong foundation. You tell yourself that you cannot serve the Lord as you use to because of time, how about now? You start making excuses, I have responsibilities that need my attention, okay. Without deliberately rebelling against God, you have drifted into putting your wants and desires above God. Don't miss the opportunity to have a relationship with Him, because of the excuse that you didn’t have time for God. Read John 14:6, Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". How about now? God, our Heavenly Father, has always desired to be close to us, to have a relationship with us. You have free time on your side now, what's your desire? In Haggai 1:5-7, Now therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts, “Consider your ways! You have sown much, but harvest little; you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied; you drink, but there is not enough to become drunk; you put on clothing, but no one is warm enough; and he who earns, earns wages to put into a purse with holes.” Thus says the Lord of hosts, “Consider your ways"! As believers, we need to consider the self-examination process God's Word says we should be undergoing. Examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine. Test yourselves. Surely you know that Jesus Christ is among you; if not, you have failed the test of genuine faith. We have to understand that our natural desires and the Holy Spirits' desire is contrary to each other. Where is your treasure? Read Matthew 6:2,For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. The word of God tells us to walk by faith, not by sight. God will deliver us it's His promise. It's our natural to question the unknown, but God always have a plan and purpose for everything. This is a warning for the people to awake from sleeping, the land and the nations. This pandemic has a time limit, just like everything on earth. God is still in control of everything, we must trust Him wholeheartedly. In Matthew 24:6-8,You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. Heavenly Father we praise your Holy Name. We give you all the Honor and Glory. We know that you're bigger then this pandemic. We know that nothing is new to you. We know there's nothing you cannot turn around for the good. Amen !

Scriptures to Meditate on this weekend

Isaiah 43:16-19, This is what the LORD says-- he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters, who drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, never to rise again, extinguished, snuffed out like a wick: "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past". See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

2 Timothy 3:16-17, All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
