The message for the beloved Children of God - Part Two of " The  Image of God ! "

Yesterday's message came from Genesis 1:26-27, Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So, God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. In the Biblical record to the creation of man is indicated by the manner in which it is introduced right, " And God said, Let us make man." Wow ! In this connection the profound word of God has been spoken. So, why have most believers have heard of this concept, but few grasp the profound significance of its meaning? The image of God is a foundation concept for understanding our significance and purpose. Understanding how we are made in God’s image should help us to see the dignity and purpose of our life on earth. There's more remains to be said on the image of God, but we need to begin understanding God spoke (a word) everything into existence from Nothing. Praise to the Creator ! Psalm 33:8-15, Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the people of the world revere him. For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm. The LORD foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples. But the plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance.From heaven the LORD looks down and sees all mankind; from his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth--he who forms the hearts of all, who considers everything they do. If you need to get understanding read that again, because the hearts of all creation are in God's sight. Some people refuse to take God's Word and believe it's truth. We cannot walk in fear and faith, that's double-minded. Definition of double-minded, wavering in mind : undecided, vacillating a double-minded man unstable in all his ways. Get that, unstable in all your ways, not some, but all ! A double-minded person is always being torn in two directions. When you have a relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, but you also have a relationship with a particular sinful nature that  make you rebellious against God. It always repeat itself when you're unstable, not rooted and grounded in God's Word allowing the enemy access in.Until we part ways with that thing which is "stabbing at Jesus" all the time, we continually find ourselves in a state of inner turmoil from within yourself.You have to be one or another " Hot or Cold" it's in Revelation 3:15-16, I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.We cannot be in a state of compromising to everyone and everything. In 2 Chronicles 16:9,"For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war." The Spirit-led believer is not giving into compromise. Instead, he or she is focused, filled, and flowing in the living water of the Holy Spirit. It is a wonderful way to go through life. It provides peace, power and purpose.Jesus said that the greatest command was to love God and the second greatest was to love others, read Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ When you understand that every human was created in the image of God, you'll understand how these two are deeply connected. If you love God, you must also love those that are created in his image and likeness. Let us help one another and speak in love, joy, peace and truth. Walking in "Love" is the "True Image of God". Heavenly Father help us to be more like you. Amen !

Isaiah 43:16-19, This is what the LORD says-- he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters, who drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, never to rise again, extinguished, snuffed out like a wick: "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

2 Timothy 3:16-17,All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[ may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
