The word for today is - Together !

 

Let us pray together, let us stand together and let us walk together for Christ Jesus.Prayer is our direct line with our Heaven Father. Prayer is a communication process that allows us to talk to God! He wants us to communicate with Him. Jesus Christ is our model for intercessory prayer. An intercessor is one who takes the place of another or pleads another's case. Jesus stands before God and sinful mankind, read 1 Timothy 2:5,For there is one God, and one mediator (intercessor) between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.Jesus brings sinful man and a righteous God together at the place of the blood sacrifice for sin.Jesus was an intercessor while He was here on earth. No longer is the blood of animals necessary as it was in the Old Testament. We can now approach God on the basis of the blood of Jesus that was shed on the cross of Calvary for the remission of sins. Because of the blood of Jesus, we can approach God boldly without timidity, read Hebrews 4:14-16,Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.We thank you Jesus for your blood shed on Calvary. God works significantly through the prayers of His people. Jesus always prayed to the Heavenly Father.Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
