The word for today is - Day !

 

We all have days when the last thing we want to do is rejoice. Days when our situation is out of control, are mood is low, and we are feeling overwhelmed with worry, guilt, doubt or grief. How did you start your day this morning? Let's read Psalm 118:24, This  is  the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. It doesn't say maybe be glad if we decide to be. It says rejoice and be glad, period.  No reasoning allowed? If you wake up and God has giving you another day, if cloudy, rainy, snowy, or sunny, Rejoice! Do you not know that today is a gift from the Lord? You didn't ask for it, it is giving to us. Read Lamentations 3:23,They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. When you don't feel like rejoicing, tell God how you truly feel. You will find that God will give you a reason to rejoice.  We need to always be honest with God. And as we talked to God, our prayers end in praise. God has given you this day to live and to serve him, be glad! Are you walking by faith or by sight? We have the assurance that in the storms of life today, Jesus Himself  is with us, He is standing at the door waiting to be invited in.We are not alone.What is your need today? Do you need comfort in your personal trials? Christ is waiting, What will you depend on for your needs today? Read Matthew 6:31-32, Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. To carry God's Word in our hearts through memorization, to be ready to face any problem, every difficulty, and whatsoever challenge that life can send our way today. Thank you God for your word.
