The Living Word of God - God's Disciples !
First let's read the delegation from God, in Luke 14:32-33, Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. Do you know whose you are ____? This will help you understand who you are ! Do you not know that you don't belong to yourself. It's in the word, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Jesus' priority was always to do the will of His Father. Christ should be your number-one priority everyday also! Ask, yourself are you a disciple___? Who is a disciple ? A “Follower of Jesus Christ,” someone who adheres completely to the teaching of the Spiritual Realm. Paul describes the reality of taking up one’s cross and following the Lord daily in Galatians 2:20, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. We have been crucified with Christ on the cross, now go into the world and make disciples. The disciples have been told by God to love each other unconditionally. Some people find this very hard to understand, but it's like asking God to love you unconditionally ! God reveals His love toward us in the giving of His Son, Jesus Christ, as the propitiation (that is, the appeasement of God’s righteous wrath) for our sins. Thank you Lord ! For it is written in John 13:34-35, A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. Jesus left a wonderful example of what obedience looks like when He went to the cross. It means we must humble ourselves and die to what we want to do, even when we don't understand the end. Heavenly Father, help us your disciples learn to love each other unconditionally. Let us not be ashamed of the gospel wherever with go. Children of God speak with power and truth, Romans 1:16,For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For the believers we have hope, peace, joy, love and everlasting life. For it is written in Romans 2:5-8, But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds.To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath. For the glory of God is within us. But the glory of God, which is manifested in all His attributes together, never passes away. It is eternal in Isaiah it says that God created us for His glory. Amen ! In Isaiah 43:6-7, I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.Thank you Lord for your Living Word.
