Scriptures to Meditate on this weekend !

Scriptures to Meditate on this weekend ! I have been studying this example of life today. I was getting an understanding of what season I'm in now for my new journey. I believe that your new year starts the next day after your birthday. I'm believing for me it's a time to embrace and to refrain from embracing some things and people, also a time to mourn. Whenever you pray your mindset should change, Jesus tells us to have the mind of Christ Jesus. For it is written in Philippians 2:4-5, Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. They're fourteen pairs of contrasting activities as examples of how life is composed of various seasons. For it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:1-17, To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth? I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it. He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God. I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past. And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. I believe that the mind has to be renewed by God's Word daily.  We are on the battlefield, we're at war in the mind because of the unknown tomorrow. But, Praise be unto God, His promises to us. For it is written in Ecclesiastes 7:8-11, Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools. Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this. Solomon finished his proverb by saying that a “patient spirit is better than the proud spirit.”We can rest assured, however, that there is One who knows the end, who knows the final outcome. He is the One who declares the end from the beginning in Isaiah 46:10, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure. He (God)is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the ending. Father, help us to follow the example of Jesus Christ, to stay close to you and to hear your voice daily. As we study and read Your Word day and night, seeking to be led by Your Spirit of Truth. We understand that everything looks dark now, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Children of God, we walk by faith not by sight. Amen !
