The message for the beloved children of God - Knowing God's Voice !

Read Revelation 3:22, He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Do you believe God speaks__? Are you hearing God’s voice on a regular basis___? The first thing we must learn is the voice of God. Can we really hear God's voice? Yes, we can, if we learn to listen. In order to actually "hear" from God, we have to know some things about God's character. We have to develop an understanding of who God is, and the way he does things. I was working in my yard one day and I heard the voice of God speak to me. He said, do you trust me? I said, Yes Lord, I trust you. Then, He said it again, do you trust me? I said, Yes Lord, I trust you. I just kept working in the yard, and then He called out my name, Sheila do you really trust me? I stood up and looked around, and sayed, Heavenly Father I trust you with my life, for my life is not my own. Sometimes you will hear a tiny small voice from within you, it is the Holy Spirit. Sometimes in dreams while you are sleeping, or a vivid image that comes to mind while praying, God does use visuals to speak to us and gives us the wisdom to interpret what He is saying. He sometimes speak to us through other people. Some people have asked this question, why hasn't God ever spoken to me? The answer to the question is easy, are you listening? Read John 16:13, Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. Heavenly Father, we are your sheep and we know your voice. Trusting in You Lord, means that you're not relying upon yourself, but on Christ to get you through. We cannot get into the Kingdom, by doing good deeds, things that we think will make us acceptable to God. Jesus said, If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
