The message for the beloved children of God - Where is your Faith ?

Good morning,
The message for the beloved children of God - Where is your Faith ?
One thing that every disciple (believer) needs to do is, Examine yourselves, this is the word of God. Read 2 Corinthians 13:5-6, Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates. Have you past the test or failed the test___? Jesus asked His disciples, where is your faith one day on a ship? Read Luke 8:22-25, Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth. But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm. And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him. Children of God ask yourself, where is your Faith__? Why are you worrying about tomorrow? Don't wasted your time on earthly things, spend your time more wisely on things above. Where will your faith be when you go through the storms of life? Understand, God doesn’t work or think the way we do! The disciples had forgotten what Jesus had said before they got into the boat to go across the lake. Look again what he said in verse 22, “Let’s go over to the other side of the lake.” This means that Jesus had planned to take them to the other side. Jesus had no plan to let his disciples drown because he had a purpose for them and a plan for them to be his instruments, Jesus was with them in the boat, the whole time. We often forget that Jesus is right here with us, as we journey through life. We try to use all our experience, knowledge, wisdom and skills in order to change things, we can not do it without Jesus's power. Read Matthew 28:20,Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. The journey of faith, is what we walk by, trusting God's word. Just like the disciples on the boat. Sometimes it is smooth sailing, other times it becomes very stormy. But no matter what may happen in our journey of faith, Jesus is surely with us and will take us over to the other side. This other side is the Kingdom of Heaven that God promises to all who have put their faith in Jesus. It is clear that through this storm that the disciples came to know something about Jesus, His power and His authority. You may not know and you may not understand your storm, but one thing we can understand: God is a sovereign God, and He is bigger than any of us. Isaiah tells us that Jesus, thoughts are not our thoughts, and that His ways are higher than our ways. Read Isaiah 55:8-9, For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Something to think about. In 2 Corinthians 5:7 it says, (For we walk by faith, not by sight:). Amen. Heavenly Father, My faith has found a resting place in you Lord. We will seek to grow in positive spiritual attributes to reach beyond what is acceptable to you Lord. We seek first the Kingdom of God and your righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto us. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
