The message for the beloved Children of God is - Pray !

 

God has giving us a command, to pray for everyone Jew and Gentile. The word of God tells us to pray daily, to pray for one another the list is very long here are some, call out every one's name,(mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers), pray for your friends, pray for our leaders, pray for Government, pray for our children and (God-children), pray for our husbands and wives, pray for your mate, pray for family (Uncles,Aunts ), pray for your enemies, pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you , pray for the nations, Lord have mercy on us all. Read Philippians 4:5-6, Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Some of us know that it is very hard  for us to pray for our enemies right? So, let us go to the cross, Jesus asked the Heavenly Father to forgive them, those who was putting Him to death (the Jews and  the Roman soldiers) both. Read Luke 23:33-34, And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his clothing, and cast lots.  So, now ask yourself, are you greater then our Lord and Savior ? No! If Jesus can forgive them for the suffering and pain, that He took for us, why is it so hard for us to forgive others? Read 1 Timothy 2:1-4, I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. The Bible teaches non-retaliation. By this it warns us not to add fuel to the fire and make a bad situation worse. Jesus said in Matthew 5:39, But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. . And Paul wrote in Romans 12:17 -19,Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Vengeance then is God's prerogative, not ours. It is natural, of course, to want to retaliate and 'get even.' God's Holy Spirit, living within us, enables us to live and empowers us to live, think, act and not to act, in a way and manner altogether differently from the world. Heavenly Father, let your Spirit lead us into our rightful place in you. Let us learn to forgive others. You have giving us a new command, to love one another has you have loved us. If there is anything that is stopping us from growing remove it in Jesus Name! Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
