Heavenly Father, we thank you and celebrate you first, for all you have done. For waking us up this morning and starting our day,the way you start your day affects the rest of it. Give thanks, Happy Father's Day.

The weekend message for the beloved Children of God is -  Celebrate!

 

Read Exodus 20:12, Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the Lord your God gives you. Regardless of what your relationship is like with your Father, what he has done, or what he has not done there is an principle in Scripture that our Father is to be honored. Honoring your father means to love and respect him at all times. It is not only the right thing to do, it is a commandment that holds with it the promise that you will live a long life. The bible tells us that it is very important to have an relationship with your parents. It is a parent's job to understand, and learn to communicate with their children at all time. And children it is good to communicate with your parents. We cannot watch our children all time (older children), so it is important to establish a trusting relationship so they will feel comfortable coming to us with their questions and problems. Always encourage and show love to your children and to always speak truth. The center of Jesus' identity is his relation to the Father. The way Jesus describes this relationship with the Father, goes far beyond the notion of an agent, for he speaks of a mutual indwelling: I am in the Father, and the Father is in me.That is powerful, Jesus always, speaks about the oneness with God. Jesus demonstrated a pattern throughout his prayer life all of us can copy. Jesus prayed to the Heavenly Father everyday, and so did Daniel. Read Daniel 6:10, Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime. Heavenly Father, we celebrate you today, for there is no greater love then this! For you laid down your life for us. We celebrate you Lord, for loving us. Kneel down and give Him thanks, celebrate Him! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord ! Thank you Lord for you word. Amen !
