The weekend message for the beloved Children of God is - Running !

Jesus is the greatest example before us, He ran His race to the cross, and we must run with patience the race that is set before us also.We must look to God, and trust God in this race set before us.We must understand that God has a plan for us, His word never sayed, that life would be easy, He just promised it would be worth it. Read Hebrews 12:1-3, Therefore seeing we also are surrounded with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does so easily ensnare us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such hostility of sinners against himself, lest you be wearied and faint in your minds. With all that sayed, I have found out that God has the last say,God is in control of everything, not me! We have to look to Him, for power and strength to overcome the trials and tribulations of this world. Life is to short to wake up with regrets, love yourself and the footsteps, God has step before you.We have to seek the one that is the author and finisher of our faith! We have to press forward for the prize, we need not to look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen before us. Let us have the desire like Paul, noble and clear, which he concentrated all of his time and mind to the things above. His desire was to faithfully run the believers race in total consecration to his Heavenly Father. Paul was not only a teacher who taught the Lord’s people to seek first the kingdom, but he set us a noble example. Read Matthew 6:33, But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. He did this with wholehearted sincerity and effort, that he might receive the most wonderful prize of the spiritual reward which he knew the Heavenly Father would give him in due time.We have to pursue after the things of the Spirit realm. Jesus encouraged his followers to greater heights of faithfulness. Read 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. Heavenly Father, let us have a hunger and  thirst for righteousness, to follow after you. Let us learn to help the weak to be strong in you and encourage one another. The trials and tests of this world can not stop your plan.Let our thoughts and minds be on the things above.Let us be strong in you Lord and in the power of your might. We are victories in Christ Jesus, there is nothing to hard for God. We must finish the race and keep the faith. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
