Who is your source? Is it God or some other source? Read Jeremiah 2:12-14,Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the Lord.For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.Is Israel a servant? is he a homeborn slave? why is he spoiled? You could choose to draw from God, stop drawing from other sources.Without God there is nothing that is,God is the source of our being. Is the Lord your rock ? Read Psalm 18:2,The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. Do you trust Him with your whole heart? Read Psalm 28:7,The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise him. Praise His Holy Name,we must express our gratitude for all that He has done in us, and for us. He is our fortress in the time of need, a place where we can be safe.Put your trust in the Lord, not man. Why? Because God is true to His word, man will lie,read Psalm 62:4-8,They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
