The word for today is - Sheep !

 

Lets read John 10:1-10,Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them. Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. There is only one way in through Jesus ( I AM THE WAY). So, the first question is this, are you a sheep or a goat? This is the word of God, read Matthew 25:31 it says that the Son of Man, as a shepherd, will separate the sheep from the goats.The separating of the sheep from the goats is a foretelling of the sheep that are Christ's followers and the goats that chose not to follow Christ. So,do you think that there is another way to God? There is not, you must follow Him.The real point of the message, is the difference of the behavior between the sheep and goats. The word says get understanding first, the sheep are Christ's followers and do whatever the shepherd tells them to do. But the goats are rebellious,self leading or being lead my the wolf ( Satan). Ask yourself, are you being lead by God or Satan? You see sheep are loving and giving people always helping others  just like Jesus, but goats are selfish and self -seeking people never willing to help someone, just like Satan very fools. Now lets read Matthew 25:31-43, When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. Do you want to hear the Lord say, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. Lets hear what Jesus has to say to us,now read John10 verse 11-18,I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. Wow, Jesus says, I AM the good shepherd, there is no one like me ! We must learn that the sheep knows who is the shepherd by his voice.How can you know the voice of God? By studying God's Word, and pray for understanding, He will help you to better understand Him and His will. You can never stop studying God's Word to get greater understanding, of who you are and who He is. Jesus said that he's going to come back. When he does, we shall all be brought before him to be judged. This judgment will lead to a separation between those who are his people and those who are not.Read Romans 1:16-17,For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Now thats how a sheep walks, for God, I live and for God, I die. Nothing and no one can change my heart, I am one of His disciples, I have deny myself to follow Him. Read Mark 8:34-35,And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.The goal toward which He is beginning to guide you is absolute perfection; and no power in the whole universe can stop it.
