The message for today - "Time To Pray !"

Good afternoon to the beloved Children of God
The message for today - "Time To Pray !"

Clearly, we ought to communicate with the creator of the world as many times as we can daily. The Scripture doesn't definitively state what the best time to pray with our Creator or how much we should do it. However it's in the bible many righteous people like Daniel, he made it a habit to pray daily, Paul goes so far as to call upon the believers to "pray unceasingly." Look at 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Rejoice always,  pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. We are troubled about the looting in the stores, our neighborhoods, and across our nation. Let us take a knee in prayer for George Floyd's family. Amen ! We bow in prayer, kneeling on our face before God and coming into unity with one another for a world where peace is built with justice, and justice is guided by love. The Lord's instruction is to pray day and night. Understood this means to meditate on the Word of God at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day. Give Him Thanks for another day ! God's Word tells us, “Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” It was not enough for Joshua to have been appointed by God and promised victory in his campaign to the promised land.  In order to succeed, he needed to meditate on God’s Word, both during the day and at night, if he was to succeed. We need to meditate on God's Word too daily. Understanding the plan and purpose for your life is to know God's Word. In Luke 18:1-8,Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.  He said: In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought.  And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, Grant me justice against my adversary. For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me! And the Lord said, Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?  There is nothing in the world that has not already been known by God. To say there is nothing new under the sun means there is nothing really new on the earth to God. Heavenly Father we trust Your Word. We know that you are in control of everything. Let us come together in prayer for the nation under God with liberty and justice for all. Amen !

Scriptures to Meditate on this week :

Psalm 55:22, Cast your cares on the Lord  and he will sustain you;he will never let the righteous be shaken.

Isaiah 41:10, So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
