The message for the beloved Children of God is - Help !

Good morning,
The message for the beloved Children of God is - Help !

Can you think of anyone that may need some help from you today? The bible tells us to help the poor, help the sick, help the elderly, help the homeless, help the needy, help other nations, and help one another. Oklahoma emergency is calling for help today. Can you hear the call? Will you answer the call today? At least 51 people, including 20 children, were among the victims of an enormous tornado that roared through the suburbs of Oklahoma City Monday, pulverizing entire city blocks and leaving behind miles of mangled cars and splintered wood. Each of us has something to offer. We can give our money and our time to charity, be a friend to someone who is sick or lonely, do volunteer work, or be a peacemaker. Helping those in need is one of the major themes of the Bible and of Jesus' ministry. When giving others the things that they lack should be done with joy.The Bible tells us to share generously with those in need, and good things will come to us in turn. We are not meant to live hard-hearted or self-centered lives. Read Isaiah 58:10-11,And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day: And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.Whatever gifts we have been given large or small we should share generously. When we do, we make the world better for someone else and find true meaning and satisfaction in our own lives. Let us pray, Heavenly Father, help us to love one another everyday. Let us learn to help the needy, help the people in Oklahoma, the people in Philadelphia the people in New Jersey, the people in Texas, our neighbors, our family, and other nations. Forgive us for not obeying your word Lord. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen!
