The weekend message for the beloved Children of God is - Renewing your Mind!

 

Some people may be thinking why do I need to renew my mind?Understand that the mind has been programmed with natural "established attitudes."These "established attitudes" permeated with fleshly "personal interest" of selfishness

and sinfulness,personal aspiration, gratification. The mind needs to be renewed with Godly "established attitudes."The bible says, that we need to be transformed in our hearts. Ask yourself,do your behavior line up with the word of God? Are you an servant of God's? The bible says, let our way of thinking be like Christ Jesus, read Philippians 2:5,Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.Jesus tells us to learn from Him, read Matthew 11:29, Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.We need the Spirit of God to walk in Love for one another first. We need to be rooted and grounded in love for others. We need the power of God that dwells within us, to grow in love. Let us get some in sight, of planting a seed,It's not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What's important is that God makes the seed grow. Let us not do our labour in vain, we have different gifts from one true Spirit,we are one in Christ Jesus. The bible says in 1 Corinthians 3:7,So then neither is he that plants anything, neither he that waters; but God that gives the increase. God has giving us all  a new commandment, to walk this life in love for one another read John 13:34, A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. Heavenly Father let us your children be not conform any longer to the patterns of this world, but be transformed in love for one another in our hearts and minds. Let us lay down ourselves and walk by your Spirit Lord, which is Love.Let us take Your cross and follow You Lord. Let us all have unconditional  love for others, and forgive one another moving forward in this new year- 2013. Thank you Lord for your word.
