The question is , do you understand  the value of studying __? Understand that study skills and study strategies are abilities and approaches applied to learning.We all need to study everyday, we need to learn how things work, how to organize things, and how to process things in our lives. So,you may be thinking how can I do this,I am to busy? Stop for a second___ ! Did the world come to an end ? No! Being to busy is not good! The bible tells us to always make time for God, read Joshua 1:8,This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. We have to learn from the greatest teacher of all time Jesus.When Jesus prayed at Lazarus's tomb he made it clear that he had no need of expressing prayer because he is one with God in his whole life, the union true prayer expresses. Nevertheless, he prayed for the benefit of those present. We must learn the Scriptures, so we can live. Read 2 Timothy 3:12-17,Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Jesus tells us not to forget His teachings, and to continue in what you learn from Him. Heavenly Father, let us learn to always study your word. Let us learn to always seek you first. Let us learn to always come to you in  prayer, seeking for Godly wisdom. Let us learn to meditate on your word, day and night. Let us learn to always seek the will of you Lord. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The weekend message for the beloved children of God is - Draw Nearer!

 

The bible is very clear, when you draw nearer to God, he will draw nearer to you. God came even nearer to man in the person of His Son Jesus Christ. It is an intimate love relationship with God, he dwells within us. Read James 4:7-9, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. No one has to go to hell, we have a choice. What can keep us from the presence of God?  Jesus clearly states that hell was not originally intended to be the abode of humans. Jesus died for all those who would place their trust in Him and promises to deliver them from the lake of fire. God never puts anyone into hell, they put themselves there by their rejection of God’s One and Only Son Jesus. God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, and He most certainly doesn’t want anyone to perish. Read 2 Peter 3:8-10, But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. When God delivered his people from slavery in Egypt, he brought them through the sea, and finally to Mount Sinai where he made a covenant with them and gave them a new way of life. Read Psalm 145:17-19,The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. Heavenly Father, we thank you today for loving us. We thank you for your One and Only Son Jesus, who freed us from sin, by His blood. For, He is the only way and only one who can bring us back to you Lord. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

Good morning, Happy Birthday, America!
July 4, 2013! (Today is my sister Audrey's birthday, I thank God for her everyday). I love you Audrey- Happy Birthday!

On July 4, 1776, we claimed our independence from Britain and Democracy was born.The United States is truly a diverse nation made up of dynamic people.Gratitude without measure to the brave men and women of the American military who have stood strong on the battlefield and are still standing strong for us. We love you all, and we're praying for you all. Stand together, We are the People!  May God's speed be with you all.
"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”Amen!
As believers, we celebrate our freedom in Christ Jesus and the sacrifice he made to set us free from sin and death. Also, as U.S. citizens we celebrate our freedom on Independence Day, thanking our founding fathers for our liberty. Independence Day is the national day of the United States, we have freedom of speech, and we have freedom to worship and so much more. We were called to live free, in Christ Jesus, and to serve one another with Love. Read Galatians 5:13 , For, brethren, you have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. Understand that the freedom we have is a gift from God. Read Romans 8:20-21, For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. The Gospel teaches us about the freedom that comes from accepting Jesus Christ into our heart. The freedom that comes from knowing the truth will truly set us free in Christ Jesus. Read John 8:31-32, Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.We have to teach others about the freedom in Christ. I have been called, He anointed me to preach the gospel to His beloved children. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, and to speak the good news to the poor, and to walk in love for all God's people. Read 1 Peter 2:13-17, Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king. Let us walk in the freedom that has been give to us. Don't act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants us to do. We ought to forgive men because God has forgiven us, we ought to imitate our Heavenly Father in his forgiveness, and love. So, therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, always speak in love and truth. When God created us, he gave us freedom of choice. We can choose to believe in him or not. The word of God tells us to follow God's example. Read Ephesians 5:1-2, Be you therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling fragrance. Heavenly Father, we come before you at the throne of grace to say thank you. We seek to please you Lord. Let us learn to share the freedom that is from you Lord with others. Thank you Lord for your word.

The message for the beloved Children of God is - Reap !

 

The people of this world are going to have a rude awakening, when they discover that their shady deeds are going to come back to them twofold, one day. The world is in turmoil because people are constantly committing heinous crime and don't believe they will pay for them.The truth of the matter is this, you do reap whatever you sow, the warning is in the bible. Read Galatians 6:1-10, Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden. Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. The children of God have a command to always do good unto others. The bible never told us that it would be easy to love people, but it would please God! Being a believer doesn't mean we will have it easy in this life. That is never ever promised to us, in this world. When we read the book of Job, it gives us a clue as to how bad things can get. Yet, through all the terrible things that happened to Job in his life, Job endured and never lost his faith. So, if we live by the spirit, let us also walk by the spirit of God that dwells within us. The word of God tells us that the man that walks not in the counsel of the wicked, but delights Himself in the ways of the Lord is blessed. Read Psalm 1:1-6, Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish. Heavenly Father, we thank you for loving us. We have been rooted and grounded in you Lord. Our hope and peace is in you Lord.Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The message for the beloved Children of God is - Pure heart !

 

Children of God, let us seek the ways of the Lord first. Read 1 John 3:18-21, My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. Some people may have a problem with speaking the truth, the question is why? God’s Word tells us that our hearts are broken, deceitful, unsearchable and not trustworthy. This is why we need to cry out, Lord create in us a clean heart, wash us, restore us back to you Lord, have mercy on us. Read Psalm 51:1-12, Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. This is something we must do daily, the one whose desires is to please God is blessed, and restored back to Him. Making your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding that the plan of God is greater then anything else. No man has a pure heart naturally and of himself: the heart is desperately wicked; the imagination of the thoughts of it is evil continually; the mind and conscience are defiled with sin; nor can any man make his heart clean, or say he is pure from sin; but it is God that creates a clean heart, and renews a right spirit within us. Those who seek Him with all of your heart, will find Him, and when you find Him, a change will come over your life !  Read Deuteronomy 4:29-31,But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; (For the Lord thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. Heavenly Father, I come before you at the throne of grace today. Help us your children to walk by your spirit in truth. Let us learn to be faithful to you first, and faithful to others. Renew in us the spirit of love, let us pursue peace with your people. Teach us to forgive others and move forward in the things of God. Teach us to have unspeakable joy from within us for all people. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !   

The message for the beloved Children of God is -God's report !

To the beloved children of God, I had a family emergency, over the weekend. I'm sorry for not sending out the word. I was dwelling in the secret place of the most High God, trusting Him. God knows my heart and my thoughts, let us pray for one another. Everyone needs prayer, nobody is exempt ! I ask that everyone would keep my sister ( Audrey) in prayer. Thank you and may God's speed be with us all! I trust the report of the Lord, she is healed.  Amen !

Everyone faces challenges in life daily. Whether our struggles are financial, vocational, relational, or physical, we can be certain that nobody is exempt. Jesus said, in His word, that He is always with us. Read Joshua 1:9,Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. The bible tells us that in this life we will have trials and tribulations. Read John 16:33,These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.  Whose report are you going to believe? The answer to the question is,“We shall believe the report of the Lord!”We as believers need to realize that we can take God at His Word. I was reading a story today about a woman who was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had been given a certain amount of time to live. When she heard the news from her doctor, she decided not to accept the devastating news, but instead decided to believe the good “report” of the Lord. The woman went home and found Scriptures concerning “healing” and wrote them down. Then, throughout her day, she went about doing her chores, quoting those Scriptures out loud, which also helped to encourage her. She believed God that she was going to be healed, even though the doctor’s report was a negative one. The woman decided that God’s “report” was a better one to believe and she is still alive and well to this day. God’s “report” was and still is most definitely the best report to believe! When difficult times come into our lives and we find ourselves unable to comprehend or understand everything that is taking place around us,we need to give it to Jesus in prayer, and trust Him to work it out. Read 1 Peter 5:9-10,Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. Children of God choose today, let natural facts rule or establish God’s truths over your life and problems by what you choose to focus on. So decide today not to focus on the facts concerning your problems. Instead,trust and establish the truth of God’s Word and Christ’s finished work over your life and problems! Heavenly Father,No matter how great our challenges are, God you are greater, bigger and you have all power in your hand. Things do not just happen haphazardly to your children. Nothing just happens, everything happens for a reason. We understand that, you (Lord) are in control of everything. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !
