Everything started with God and everything will end by God, read Jeremiah 1:4-7, Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.Do you not know that you have power from within to overcome somethings? Do you not know the power of God? For He formed our inward parts; He knitted us together, read Psalm 139:13-16,For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. Understand we are his workmanship, created for Himself. Without Him we are nothing, read Ephesians 2:10-13,For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. Its by the blood of Jesus that restored us back to Himself.You have been set apart for a good works, read Galatians 1:15-16,But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood. Now read 1 Corinthians 2:10-12,But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.Know this, the Lord said,I made you,I formed you,I have chosen you, run your race. Read Isaiah 44:1-3,Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:Thus saith the Lord that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring. The word of God says, He chose you before you were in your mother's womb, read  (KJV) Ephesians 1:4,According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love. (NIV- For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love).We are a chosen people, read 1 Peter 2:9,But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Father we thank you for calling us out, for giving yourself for us, you set us free from every kind of sin. Read Titus 2:14,Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own, zealous of good works. He did it for us so that we could be restored back to Himself.The word of God says, keep my covenant,obey my word read Hebrews 8:9, Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, says the Lord. In other words He rejected them, He did not care for them, He showed no concern for them, He turned away from them.This covenant is different says the Lord, read Hebrews 8:10,For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people.God is bringing about a profound Spiritual change to the people.Therefore prepare yourself, your mind and heart! The word for today is - Life !

 

The word of God says, I am the bread of life. Read John 6:35,And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that comes to me shall never hunger; and he that believes on me shall never thirst. Jesus says, if you eat this bread you will never be hungry. These statements are significant because they give us an understanding of the relationship we need to have with Jesus inorder for us to live. Jesus said, I am the Bread of Life! Every country in the world has some form of bread, but He and He alone is the bread of life. He is the True bread from heaven, read John 6:32,Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. Do you know or have heard the story about a man name Nicodemus in the bible? Nicodemus came to Jesus at night, He ask  Rabbi (teacher) how can we be born again, read John 3:1-5,There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Wow, thats something to think about today ! Jesus says, let me come in, inorder for you to live. Understand this, He gives life to the dead, we are spiritually dead when we are born. Anyone who is separated from God is described in the Bible as spiritually dead. As long as we remain spiritually dead, we cannot know God. We must be restored back to God, by His Son Jesus. Jesus says, in John 3:6-8,That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.He is the one who grants eternal life to those who believe in him, read John 6:40,And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.This bread is Jesus himself,those who believe in Jesus will have eternal life. Read Matthew 5:6,Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. If you seek Him you will find Him!Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word for today is -  Remembering !

Do you remember what you did a year ago? Do you remember when we played kickball or tag? Do you remember the fun we had in school? Do you remember what the word of God said, about helping those in need? Do you remember January 12, 2010 the earthquake in Haiti? Lets read Acts 20:35,I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. We must obey the word of God, give something back to the people and the nations.Do you recall that some people in the 60's and the 70's,would always help one another,what happen to us? Its our natural to do all that we want to do in a day, but God always has a plan for His children. Can you remember something about the  60's or 70's that has change for the bad, not for the good? Lets read Galatians 6:1-3,Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.We must stand on the word of God to help the weak, and helpless. Don't let your heart become darken,let you light shine? Read  Romans 1:21-23,Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Remember this, God is the fountain of happiness, and no intelligent creature can be happy but through him. Are you rooted and grounded in Christ Jesus? Our natural tendency is to neglect those practices that keep our relationship with God at the forefront of our hearts and minds. The first command,have no other gods before Him,read Exodus 20:3,You shall have no other gods before me. In other words you should not worshipped anyone or anything ,but God! Read Revelation 2:4,Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Some people,have walked away from their first Love! Remember,the word of God, Love one another read John 13:34, A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. Remember, Our Lord has commanded us, to Love Him,Love one another, and Love our enemies! The two greatest commandments is in Matthew 22:37-40, Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

Read 2 Timothy 3:16-17,All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.The Bible was written that we might have a clearer picture of God, who He is and His desire for us to know Him. Lets get some understanding first,this is Jesus talking to us read John 13:15-19,For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them. I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he. In other words the Scriptures will be fulfilled, Jesus says my word is truth and life, we are spiritually died.We must live by God's standards, read 2 Corinthians 4:10-14,Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.So then death worketh in us, but life in you.We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.This is why we must study to know, I will not die, but instead, I will live. Speak over yourself the word of God, declare and proclaim the word for your life,ead  Psalm 118:17,I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.Also,read Psalm 40:5,Many, O Lord my God, are your wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are toward us: they cannot be recounted in order unto you: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.This is the love of God for us, His word says, don't be foolish, read 1 Corinthians 3:17-18,If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.The word of God says, study the Bible.Why? Read 2 Timothy 2:14-15,Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Wow! Approved unto God, not yourself or man! The word for today is - Me ! 

The only way to know if we are growing spiritually is to know what spiritual maturity looks like. Paul said that we are to imitate him as he imitated Christ. Read 1 Corinthians 11:1-3,Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. .In other words, Christ is the perfect expression of what it means to grow to maturity in the Lord. We will never be perfect in this life as He was when He walked the earth, but to set our standards any lower is to guarantee that we will not grow as we ought to.The word of God says, Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ! Jesus says, if anyone follow me he must deny himself , read  Matthew 16:24,Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.Then Jesus says, if you don't deny yourself your not one of His disciple, read Luke 14:27,And whosoever does not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.This is something to think about today, who are you following? True believers are to obey the laws of man as long as they do not conflict with God's higher laws. Read Romans 13:1-2,Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.Thank you Lord for your word. Early this morning the Spirit is saying, pray, pray for one another.Jesus' prayer in Gethsemane for his disciples ,read Matthew 26:36- 45,Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray."He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me." Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter. "Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak." He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done." When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy. So he left them and went away once more and prayed the third time, saying the same thing. Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour is near, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. What did Jesus do? Jesus' prayer for His disciples, readJohn 17:1- 26,After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: "Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. I have brought you glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do. And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began."I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours. All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name --the name you gave me --so that they may be one as we are one. While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled."I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them. I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world. For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified."My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me."Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. "Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them." Thats true Love. Lets pray together!  Jesus, we thank you for praying for us and teaching us how to pray.. Amen !!!!!!
