The word for today is - Beauty !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Beauty !

What is beautiful in God’s eyes? His sheep (Us, the believers ) ! God never uses the origin or culture of a person as the criteria of beauty. Read Acts 10:34, Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. When the prophet Samuel examined Jesse’s sons in search of the next king of Israel, he was impressed with Eliab’s appearance.  1 Samuel 16:7,  But the Lord said unto Samuel. Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. Nothing in a person’s outward appearance impresses God. God looks upon the inner beauty, the beauty of one’s heart.True beauty comes from the inside.  Spiritual beauty must never be taken for granted or be neglected. When you understand the source of beauty within you, you then have access to its potential for your greater abundance, power and ability to manifest change. Let's look at ; Noah’s implicit trust in God led him to construct a gigantic boat miles from water. Abraham trusted God’s promise so implicitly that he would have sacrificed his son of promise without hesitation. Moses yielded total control of his life to God and became the man of meekness. David gave his whole being to doing the will of God. No consequence or shameful treatment could keep Daniel from reverencing his God. They were totally focused upon Jesus, his will as they shared the gospel with all. In all these qualities God saw great beauty. While all these people were beautiful to God, virtually nothing is known about their physical appearance. It was not their physique or stateliness but their faith and service that made them beautiful. Read Psalm 96:9, O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; and fear before him, all the earth. Did you get that? In the beauty of holiness.  Let's look at Psalm 27:4, One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.  The word is telling us to have a desire. Read Matthew 5:6, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Do you have a desire ?Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Anointed !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Anointed !

The anointed one, it's one who is consecrated for a special office or function. In simple terms, the anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit being smeared upon someone. It is the overflowing life of Jesus which imparts supernatural strength enabling an individual to perform a special task or function in an office he is called and appointed to. God knows who He called, God knows who He Anointed, and He also knows who He did not call or Anoint. Another meaning for the word anointed is "chosen one." The Bible says that Jesus Christ was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit to spread the Good News and free those who have been held captive by sin, read  Luke 4; Acts 10. Also read 2 Corinthians 1:20-22, For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest ( the down payment) of the Spirit in our hearts.  You have the anointing of God flowing through you when God's heart touches another person's heart through your heart. The anointing of God is the Holy Spirit. He flows as a river of love, from the throne of grace, through the hearts of believers, bringing life to all that receive His touch. God anoints people that love Him more than they love their own lives, and that love others as themselves. As we open our hearts to love others God's anointing flows through us. When we close our hearts to others and grieve the Holy Spirit the flow stops. You are not anointed by association, you are anointed by proclamation. The Lord first calls you, he then anoints you, and only then does he send you. When God calls you, anoints you, then sends you, only then can you minister life to others. When the anointed man of God speaks the Word of God, it penetrates your soul. It then produces faith in the hearer, and at this point the hearer can receive the fruit of this Word.  God's anointing flows to those who are hungry for a touch from His Holy Spirit. The anointing has less to do with the person that it flows through. The anointing gives wisdom. Psalm 90:12, So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Teacher !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Teacher !

Do you not know who a teacher is? A teacher is a disciple, one that study the word of God. One that study his life to see how he lived and how he treated people.Jesus is the best teacher. The Bible is a sure guide to eternal life. All need to be taught, corrected, and reproved, that is why we need a teacher. The word says in Mark 12:32, And the scribe said unto him,Well, Master (Teacher), thou hast said the truth, for there is one God, and there is none other but He. Read, 2 Timothy 3:16, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.Let's look at Colossians 1:28, Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Now when we see the word "perfect" here, let us understand that the sense of the word does not mean sinless perfection, but rather, spiritual maturity. It is the full-knowledge of Christ.  A teacher is called to teach the true word of God, not natural, but spiritual and evangelical the whole Gospel of Christ, the counsel of God, the wisdom of God, teaching them to believe in Christ for salvation. Read II Corinthians 4:5, For we preach (teach) not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord. There are only two sources of wisdom; the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit, and both these are always pointing us to Christ. Read Colossians 2:3, In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.  We need a good working knowledge of the Scriptures and a good working relationship with the Spirit in order to say we are truly speaking with all wisdom .Take the Scriptures without the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Just use your mind and try to figure it all out. What will be the result? Error and deception. If it lines up with the Scriptures then we can accept it, but if it does not, then we must reject it. That is what it means to exercise good, sound spiritual discernment. People who learn to put their trust in God, instead of in worldly things, find a deep sense of peace and serenity that overshadows the anxieties and disappointments of life and the fear of death. Let's look at Matthew 6:33-34, But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.Thank you God for all your teachers, they're a gift from you. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Healer !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Healer !

The word mistranslated as Physician is actually the word healer.Who claims to be our Healer? Read Exodus 15:26, God says, “I am the Lord that healeth thee. Let's look at Ezekiel 12:25, For I am the Lord: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass. Let's not forget,Titus 1:2,God that cannot lie. It's done !  Jesus' healing power was not reserved for only Himself. Read Matthew 10:1, And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.  We believe we have Free Will and the right to exercise it, but in John 6:38  Jesus said,“I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of Him that sent Me.” Did you get that? not His way (will), but the way (will) of His Father. We give ourselves disease, one day at a time, by following our own will, rather than following God's Will for our life. We are being rebellion against God, whether we realize and acknowledge it or not. It begins in the “heart” because we want to live, eat, think, act, and do whatever our own way, rather than God's way.  The physical symptoms appear as a result our own bad decisions. Disease is a Spiritual Problem ! The ability of God's Natural Health Plan to heal will not be understood by those who are not spiritual, because "Spiritual things are spiritually discerned". In1 Corinthians 2:14, But the natural  (unspiritual) man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, (the word) for they are foolishness unto him,  neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  .They are totally unable  to understand it because they can only obtain information through their five senses. They are unable  to understand Spiritual things. It appears that it is God's will for us to be made whole (spirit, soul and body). Read 3 John, 2. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. However, our prayers could be hindered by a number of factors such as unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, hatred and sin. The word from God tells us Mark 11:25, And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Read verse 26, But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. Your Spirit must be right with God. We thank you,for your Spirit that's in us. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Worthy !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Worthy !

Let's look at John 4:23-24, But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. To worship God is to ascribe to Him supreme worth, for He is uniquely worthy to be honored in this way. True worship is on giving the best we have. God demanded the very best from His people. He will not accept anything less than the very best that we have to offer Him.  Jesus said that true worshippers will worship God in spirit, and Jesus also said that the true worshipper will worship God in truth. The true worshipper will worship God with that part of himself that is made in the image of God, his spirit. This comes from within,it spring forth from the inner man. True worship then is worship from the inside out. There can be no doubt, that this means that acceptable worship will be circumscribed by the precepts of God's word. When Jesus prayed to the Father on the night of His betrayal  He said in John 17:17, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." Since the very beginning of time God has revealed His will concerning the kind of worship that He will accept from His creation, and He has repeatedly judged those who failed to worship Him according to His word.True worship requires total commitment of our body, mind and spirit. The Bible warns us not to worship anyone or anything else. We are not to worship, saints, statues, angels, money. Anyone or anything that becomes more important than God, and turns our hearts away from Him is an idol or a false god. God says in Exodus 20:2-3 “I am the Lord  thy  God ,which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me."God is holy, righteous, and a loving Father, and He is worthy of our praise and worship. Read Deuteronomy 6:5, And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Foundation !

Good mornning,
The word for today is - Foundation  !

What does this mean, Buliding your foundation? What it means is that you building your foundation on God.The sand is of the world. If you have a strong foundation then you would, come to God in prayer, listen to His words, and act on them. This is a person that has laid their foundation on the rock (Jesus). If you listen to Jesus, and didn't act on His words, then you don't have a strong foundation in Jesus Christ.  You either have a strong foundation and remain strong, or you don't and you collapse in your way of thinking and doing things ( your mind). Romans 8:38 - 39, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. If you build your house on sand it is bound to sink at some point, if built on rocks its a solid foundation. If your faith or belief system is built on many different ideas and does not stand the test of time then you will sink when tested.  Peter the disciple was the rock on which the Christian church was built and the rest is history. Knowing in your heart and feeling what is right is the start to your building blocks, it takes time to understand God and to build up your house, brick by brick you can do it if you have patience, love and understanding. This comes through prayer and meditation and listening to the Holy Spirit , for it is there that Gods words are written. All you have to do is search your own heart, Jesus said the Kingdom of God lies within, and this is what he meant. The word tells us in Proverbs. 22:6, Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.. What way is this?  God's way, His word. It also tells us in Joshua 1:8, This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Savior !

Merry CHRISTmas!
The word for today is - Savior !
Do you know what today is? Read Luke 2:10-11,"I bring you good tidings (news) of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." Did you get that ? He was born of a virgin woman!  Read Matthew 1:23,  “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel,” which being interpreted is. “God with us.” Elizabeth, Mary’s relative, praised Mary in Luke 1:42-44,read it, but her praise is based on the blessing of giving birth to the Messiah. Read Luke 1:28; John 5:23,  Mary the mother of Jesus was described by God as “highly favored”. That means “much grace." Mary received God’s grace. Grace is “unmerited favor,” meaning that something we receive despite the fact that we do not deserve it. Mary needed grace from God just as the rest of us do. Mary herself understood this fact, as she declared in Luke 1:47, And my spirit hath  rejoiced in God my Saviour. Did you get that ?( not her son), but her Saviour.  That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent Him. Why should I accept Christ as my Savior"? The word tells us that, Spiritual Death entered into the world when Adam sinned. Read Genesis 2:17, "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." Understand who saved you from spiritual death. Jesus died to pay for the sins of mankind (the believers). However, he rose again, conquering death and making it possible to be saved. Believe that He( laid down his life for us ) died (the body, not His Spirit), he was buried, and He rose again from the dead as your Savior.  Thank you God for loving us, that you gave us the greatest gift of all, your one and only Son Jesus. Thank you for your word. Amen !
