Lets look at James 2:23,And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. This is the same Spirit that is dwelling in us, it was imputed into us also, the believers. Jesus is the pure example of a true friend, for He laid down His life for His "friends." Read 1 John 3:16,By this perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. In this we see what true love is ! Then, He says, I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. Everything we need to know Jesus has giving it to us, in His word. A true friend will tell us when we are wrong or right, true friendship will be honest even when it hurts. Read the book of wisdom Proverbs 27:5-7, Open rebuke is better than secret love. Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet. So, if you are a true friend speak always in truth and love. Now lets read about a true friend,in Proverbs 18: 24, A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.Wow! A true friend will stand by, even in times of trouble, "A friend loveth at all times." Its about love in the good times and the bad times. Now read , Proverbs 25:18-20,A man that beareth false witness against his neighbour is a maul, and a sword, and a sharp arrow. Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint. As he that taketh away a garment in cold weather, and as vinegar upon nitre, so is he that singeth songs to an heavy heart. The Bible speaks of false friends and true friends. Lets read about a false friend, read John 18:2-5, And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither with his disciples. Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons. Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye? They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them. Now lets look at a true friendship. There is an example of true friendship in the bible, between David and Saul's son Jonathan, who, in spite of his father Saul's pursuit of David and attempts to kill him, stood by his friend. Jonathan,was a close friend to David. David became quite popular with the people because of his victories over the Philistines in battle. So, that popularity made King Saul jealous and full of rage, so he sought to kill David. However, Jonathan warned David of his father's every move, which allowed David to escape physical harm. Lets pray to him to put his Spirit within us, and cause us to walk in his statutes.Read John 15:12, This is my commandment, That you love one another, as I have loved you. We are to walk in Love !!!! You see we need one another,read Proverbs 27:17, Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. That is a good friend. The word says,two people are better than one. Why? Because they can help each other in everything they do. Read Ecclesiastes 4:9-12,Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Two standing together in agreement, is powerful !!!! Read Ruth 1:16,And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God.The story of Ruth is in agreement it says, your God will be my God.Thank you Lord for your word. Why does Matthew chapter 4 tell us about Jesus being tempted by the devil, read it, Matthew 4:1-4,Then was Jesus led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward hungry.And when the tempter came to him, he said, If you are the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. Now lets look at this,Jesus was led by the Spirit first, the Spirit of God. Then why? You see Jesus was tested he was tempted by the devil.He ate nothing during those forty days,and at the end of them he was hungry. So,the devil says,follow me I will give you the kingdom of this world. Read it in Luke 4:5-8,And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Get this, Jesus was "full of the Holy Spirit;" and it was by the Spirit,that he went into the desert to be tempted. You have to get this, it was evidents that nothing could move Jesus from the will of God, he could not be seduced from allegiance to God. Do you see, we are to be more like Him. Nothing and No One should move us from being in the presents with God. You should be walking in the manifestation of the divine Spirit of God. The temptation of the devil is moving all around us everyday, but the Spirit of God is dwelling in is to over take that Spirit. The first Adam fell for the trick, but the second Adam had the power of God dwelling within Him. You have that same power to speak to Satan also. Get behind me Satan,If you are a believer its in verse 8, And Jesus answered and said unto him,Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Thats the power thats within you and I. It does not stop the temptation, he will return, its in the word, read verse 13, And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season. Just for a season, we to know the mindset and the methods of our enemy,the Devil, we are forewarned, he will return with another trick. So put of your“full armor of God” so that you will be able to stand in the battlefield. Stand firm, on the word of God,with the word you will be able to withstand his attack or attacks when they come. It may not be you season to be attack, but always have on your armor, because he will return. Read Ephesians 6:10-13, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Through all of this, we have to understand that Jesus had the power to change His circumstances, but it was not about Him. It was about the will of God, He was led by the Spirit. You see God knows the heart of every person. It was all about being obedience or disobedience to the Spirit of God, and knowing that the Spirit of God is always with you, just like Jesus the Spirit dwell within Him. Read Deuteronomy 8:1-3,All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers. And thou shalt remember all the way which the Lord thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. Lord, I live by every word that you have spoke to me for my life !!!! Ask yourself the question, is the word of God fulfilling your life ? You see every word of God is truth !!! Read Numbers 23:19,God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: has he said, and shall he not do it? or has he spoken, and shall he not make it good? So, everything will and has come to past this far and yet to come ! Now read Genesis 28:15,And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. Wow, thats God talking to us!!!! Thank you Lord for your word.

The word for today is - Every (part #1) !

 

Lets look  at Matthew 4:4, But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. So, would you say that life depends on the will of God, his word? Yes !  The word is telling us, that man is to live, not by bread only, but by everything which proceeded out of the mouth of God. Its His word, inorder for us to live. Read Jeremiah 1:9, Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in your mouth. This means that you are now sanctified to the Lord's use and service; and that what ever you speak should not be of your own words, but the words of the Lord. You see the word of God is life,it is alive, it is the word of the Living God. Read Hebrews 4:12, For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. It has to be in your heart. Peter says in 1 John 1:1,That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life. Now the question is do you want to live or stay spiritually dead. Jesus says that the Scripture cannot be broken. Read John 10:35, If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken. Every Word of God is alive and powerful!  Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word for today is -  Created !

 

Lets start with the beginning of time, we were though of by God from the beginning. Read Genesis 1:26,And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. This verse says, God gave man the power over the earth, but Adam lose that power. So, the Holy Spirit, depart from Adam, that means that we all need to be reintroduce to the things of God. So, by one man we died, and my one man we live again. Read Romans 5:5-8, And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Wow, He lay down His life for us, to be restore back to the Father. Thank you!!!!! The word of God says, we are to act more like Him, not like the world Why? Because we have somuch to do on earth. There is an assightment giving to us by God, for a purpose, that was the same assightment giving to Adam. Get this, there is something here on earth that only you can do. Read Genesis 1:27,So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Then that purpose was for both man and woman, so what is your purpose here on earth? We must get to a place in God to understand that, we need to return back to the place that Adam lose. And that place is in the Spirit realm. Thats why the word says, walk by the Spirit of God, read Galatians 5:22-25, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. It says, if we live by the Spirit, then we should be walking, talking, and living by the Spirit that dwells within us. And that Spirit is Love !!!! Read Romans 3:22-26,Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. God is a Spirit and to worship Him you must worship Him in Spirit, and that is the truth. And the word says, the truth sets you free, its time to walk by the Spirit of God. Read John 4:23-24,But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Get this from the beginning you have been called and set aside for a time as this, so start walking by the Spirit that dwells in you the word of God! Read Galatians 5:13-18, For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. So,be led by the Spirit, of God. We are ambassadors of Christ, God is making his appeal through us. Read 2 Corinthians 5:20, Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Sheep !

 

Lets read John 10:1-10,Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them. Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. There is only one way in through Jesus ( I AM THE WAY). So, the first question is this, are you a sheep or a goat? This is the word of God, read Matthew 25:31 it says that the Son of Man, as a shepherd, will separate the sheep from the goats.The separating of the sheep from the goats is a foretelling of the sheep that are Christ's followers and the goats that chose not to follow Christ. So,do you think that there is another way to God? There is not, you must follow Him.The real point of the message, is the difference of the behavior between the sheep and goats. The word says get understanding first, the sheep are Christ's followers and do whatever the shepherd tells them to do. But the goats are rebellious,self leading or being lead my the wolf ( Satan). Ask yourself, are you being lead by God or Satan? You see sheep are loving and giving people always helping others  just like Jesus, but goats are selfish and self -seeking people never willing to help someone, just like Satan very fools. Now lets read Matthew 25:31-43, When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. Do you want to hear the Lord say, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. Lets hear what Jesus has to say to us,now read John10 verse 11-18,I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. Wow, Jesus says, I AM the good shepherd, there is no one like me ! We must learn that the sheep knows who is the shepherd by his voice.How can you know the voice of God? By studying God's Word, and pray for understanding, He will help you to better understand Him and His will. You can never stop studying God's Word to get greater understanding, of who you are and who He is. Jesus said that he's going to come back. When he does, we shall all be brought before him to be judged. This judgment will lead to a separation between those who are his people and those who are not.Read Romans 1:16-17,For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Now thats how a sheep walks, for God, I live and for God, I die. Nothing and no one can change my heart, I am one of His disciples, I have deny myself to follow Him. Read Mark 8:34-35,And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.The goal toward which He is beginning to guide you is absolute perfection; and no power in the whole universe can stop it. The word for today is - Lie !

 

Lets start with Numbers 23:19, God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? God is the only being who is incapable of lying. Everything that God said would happen has happened, just as He has said it would. Since God knows all things past, present, and future all things will workout for your good, its the word of God. God has never “gone back” on a promise or His word.  Paul, who said it so boldly in his letter to Titus that God cannot lie, read Titus 1:1-4, Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour. Now get this, Jesus was always completely honest, even when telling a hard truth meant putting Himself in danger. Can you do that? The question is this ?are you honest with yourself, or are you living a lie?  We must be honest with ourselves, and with others. Humans often lie, why? Because, sometimes, people know the truth, but choose to relay false information to others, they are not comfortable with frankly telling people what they need to know the truth. Now lets read what Jesus said about liars. Read John 8:42-44, Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.  Get understanding first, God is the Father of truth,the devil is the father of lies.So, who is your Father, is it the one true living God or the Devil ? Read Deuteronomy 32:3-4,Because I will publish the name of the Lord: ascribe ye greatness unto our God. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.We should be grateful because we serve a God who will not go back on His word. God will fulfill everyone of His promises for those who serve Him and believe in Him ! We serve a powerful God ,God is the God of truth and a loving God, an awesome God that we serve!  If you need anything go to your Heavenly Father an ask Him for it. His word says in Isaiah 46:10-11,

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. Thats powerful to me, I hold God to His word everyday in my prays and my daily walk, He can not lie. ( I always say, Father you said in your word......... and your word is truth)! Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word says, Wake up !!! Read Ephesians 5:14,Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. This means your walking in the dark. Read Galatians 5:16-18,This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. The Lord says, walk by the Spirit of God. Lets read about Nicodemus.You see Nicodemus came to Jesus in the night, afraid of being seen,seeking the truth  read John 3:3,Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus was confused, why? Jesus explained that he was not talking about a physical new birth, but a spiritual rebirth. Read John 3:5-6,Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. The new birth is total transformation, why because from the beginning we are spiritually dead. Read Ephesians 2:1-3,And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. You must be born of the Spirit of God. You must be renewed by the spirit read 2 Corinthians 5:17,Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. The word of God tells us that God is a Spirit, read  John 4:24, God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Are you one of His disciples, then you should know the truth, read John 8:31-32,Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.You are free, if you are in Christ Jesus.
