The word for today is - Fullness !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Fullness !

If you are seeking the fullness of God, you need to do somethings first. You need to understand the word "IF".  The word from God says, read 2 Chronicles 7:14, If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Read that again, if my people (my sheep) which are called by my name only, not called by man, they will hear from heaven, now thats powerful.  God is telling us something, if your looking for the fullness of Christ, you must be looking for the truth. You may say you believe in the Bible, so that means that you are a doer of the Word and not a hearer only ,as found in James 1:25, But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.If you believe it, yet fail to do it, it looks like you do not believe it. The word from God says if you seek me you will find me. If we want to possess the Fullness of God, we must seek the Lord our God with all our heart. Read Jeremiah 29:13, And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Also,Read Isaiah 55:6, Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near. If we desire to possess the Fullness of God, we should seek the Kingdom of God. Read Matthew 6:33, But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. If we wish to possess the Fullness of God, we need to seek those things which are above. Read Colossians 3:1-4, If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. When we meet Him,we being a new creature in Christ, we will possess the fullness of God because we will become a partaker of the Divine Nature of God. We will become a partaker of the Spiritual Nature of God, read 1 Corinthians 15:24, Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. Remember, too, that the day He rose from the dead, He breathed on them read John 20:22,And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:  and they did receive the Holy Spirit to dwell in their bodies. Before Pentecost Jesus told His disciples, speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem." 'Do not start out to hold any revivals. Do not start out to take the gospel to all the world yet. You are not ready yet,' Jesus said. "But wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence."In Luke 11:13 Jesus, teaching His disciples,  "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" We find an emphasis there on the Holy Spirit as a soul-winning power about which we do not hear very much these days. Read Luke 24:49, where Jesus said, And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. Now get this, read Matthew 17:20,And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.  Did you get that ? Nothing is impossible with the power from above. Read John 14:6,Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Get this, that all the disciples had received grace. Read John 1:16, And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.  You must get to know the fullness of God, and walk it out. You have power within you, the Spirit of the living God, is anything to hard for God? NO! Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Study !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Study !

Reading or listening to the Bible is one thing but studying the Bible is much different. When you study the Bible, you slow down and dig deeper. The Bible is a source of Spiritual Riches that can never be exhausted. You can study it throughout your whole life and will still see something new everyday or everytime you study. The books of the Bible were written by prophets and disciples who served God. Now, did you get that? who served . Who did they serve? God not mankind. The Bible is "God's word" to mankind. The word comes from the greatest teacher of all, God himself. The word is a sound that speaks to your spiritual being. It teaches you how to treat other people and what is right and what is wrong.God also teaches you how to live through the Bible. If you have not read and studied God's word then you will just have your own opinions and your own thoughts about God that are not based on the truth that He has revealed in His word. As you study God's word you create a solid foundation for the things you believe that you can share with others. Lets start with 2 Timothy 2:15,Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. It says you need to study to rightly divide the word, not what you think. Now, read John 15:7, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. Wow, if you abide in Him and His words abide in you, then you are His disciple. This is a powerful promise of God, but it is conditional as we notice two "if" in this Scripture. It says, if His words are abiding in us, and if we are abiding in Him. He states we can ask anything and it will be done if these two things are existent in us. We need understanding, you see God's word never changes, it is us who need to change.  If we are not receiving the answers to our prayers, we need to allow the Word of God to change us. The Word of God never changes; so if there is any changing to be done, it must be on our end, inside of us. "For I am the Lord, I change not". Jesus is the Rock. He is solid and stable and will not change. For this reason we can trust Him and believe the Words He has spoken to us. If He said it, then that settles it. We must seek to know the whole truth and be completely surrendered to the will of God for us to be victorious and successful in Him and our life. The word tells us to seek things that are above. Read Colossians 3:1-3,If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.Thank you God for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Casting!

Good morning,
The word for today is - Casting!

Now get this, you are never alone. Read Psalm 55:22,Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Wow! That means He is there with you always. Read 1 Peter 5:7, Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Now, thats true love, it says cast all your burdens on Him, not some. Now,read Psalm 1:1-, Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish. Now get walking, by the word from God, and then you will be blessed. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen!

The word for today is - Forward !

Good morning,
The word for today is - Forward !

It is true that man has a plan for there life, but God orders our footsteps by His word. There are many personal goals that all of us did not fulfill, so it is best to thank God for the positives and not dwell on the negative. We must understand that the Bible tells us to press on towards the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus. We are in a race and we can’t go back and retrieve any time lost from the previous years. Read Philippians 3:14,I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. The question is,are you moving forward? Are you in the same place in your mind, asking why? You have to understand that God has power over your life, you have been called to do a good work. Now get this,we should constantly be moving forward, growing and doing all we can to get the message of God’s love to others. The question is, want do you do when someone has hurt you? You move forward, you pray first to the Father and ask Him to help you first, then pray for the other person. It's a natural desire to want someone to hurt like they made you hurt. But, instead of planning vengeance, pray for those who hurt you.In God's Kingdom, revenge is unacceptable behavior, as is insulting a person, no matter how indirectly it is done. Instead, Jesus says we should do good to those who wrong us. Our desire should not be to keep score, but, to love and forgive. This is not natural, but it is supernatural. Only God could give us the strength to love as he does. You can not move forward without forgiveness. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Knowledge!

Good morning,
The word for today is - Knowledge!

Define knowledge, the fact or state of knowing; the perception of fact or truth; clear and certain mental apprehension :
acquaintance with facts, truths, or principles, as from study or investigation; general erudition: knowledge of many things. If we do not plant  knowledge when young, it will give us no shade when we are old. Written by,Lord Chesterfield. Also read, If you have an hour, will you not improve that hour, instead of idling it away? This is also written by, Lord Chesterfield. Now read Hosea 4:6, My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. The knowledge which the nation of Israel so desperately lacked was the knowledge of God. You see everybody does what is right in their own eyes, when having no knowledge of God's word. Also read Hosea 4:1-2, Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel: for the Lord hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.Wow, having no knowledge of God!  People are being destroyed for a lack of knowledge, a lack of truth. Read Matthew 13:15, For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. The people need understanding of the word.  Now read 2 Thessalonians 2:10, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  Lets read Isaiah 13:11, And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. Did you get that? You must believe in your heart first, then the Holy Spirit will start a good work in you. You must ask yourself, who will you serve God or the Devil. Now get this, either receive the righteousness which comes from Christ, or you can try and earn your own righteousness. Did you get that? try on you own. Wrong!  Can you thank Him and praise God for the freedom which is ours in Christ Jesus. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen !

The word for today is - Devoted !

Good morning,
The word for today is -  Devoted !

Yes, it is true God desires a person after His own heart. He is looking for people who will choose to be pure and wholly devoted to Him. Lets look at 2 Corinthians 12:9,And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. The Lord is telling us that His word is true, that it is powerful and He has giving this to us. Do you have a desire to know Him? The message of salvation is to all, but you must be devoted or submitted to God. Read Romans 10: 1-9,Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Wow, you must believe in your heart, that God raised Him ( Jesus)from the grave.  We have to be devoted to His word, His word is life. The Bible says David was a man after God’s own heart. Why did God call him this? It was because David chose to follow God with all of his heart. David deliberately put God first above everything else. You see, David devoted himself to God. The word of God tells us to seek the kingdom of God first. Read Matthew 6:33, But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Understand this you must die to your flesh and live my the Spirit of the living God, read Galatians 2:20,I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. We are required, not only to seek the kingdom of God, but also "his righteousness." Now get this, your Heavenly Father will take care of you, if you seek Him first. Read Matthew 6:26, Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Devoted yourself to Jesus, He is your first love. Read John 12:25-26, He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. You see people have forgotten there first love. So, God said, I have this against you, that you have abandoned me, your not devoted to me. Read Revelation 2:4,Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Thank you Lord for your word. Amen!

The word for today is - Dominion !

Good morning,
The word for today is -  Dominion  !

Lets look at the power God has giving mankind, man has authority from the beginning of time. Read  Genesis 1:28, And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. But without a special permission from God, we cannot exercise any lawful authority. The authority that we have comes from God. Read Genesis 1:26,And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Lets look at this authority. Authority in the church is very different to worldly authority. This authority is not giving to be puffed up with for yourself, and is not giving to do more hurt than good for others.  Leaders within the church must, first of all, be servants. You are to teach the subjects of the kingdom of God, to instruct and help them, to counsel and comfort them, to love with them, and suffer with them, not to exercise dominion or authority over them, but to build up the Spiritual man. Read Mat - 27,But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant. Wow ! In the early church it was not Elders or Pastors that made the final decision on matters, but the whole body after prayer. Read Acts 15:22, Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:  You see the Lord said let all ( the believers) speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you all in the body of Christ. Also read Acts 13: 1-3, Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.  And read 1Corinthians 1:10, Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.  We are commanded to seek the truth ourselves, test all teachings, prophecies, words. Why test every spirit? Read 1 John 4:1,Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Because there are many false prophets!  We do not want to be deceived.  The Bible expressly warns us that many will be deceived, even the elect.  The best way to ensure that we are not mislead is by testing all things personally.  We cannot afford to rely on a human authority figure to protect us or give us their “covering”.Which is also not biblical.  The word "covering" only appears once in the New Testament  and it is in connection with a woman’s head covering.  In the old Testament it is not used in a spiritual sense and never in connection with authority of one over another. We are to reject those who would set themselves up over us in authoritative powers in terms of our faith to submit to them, as we submit only to Christ. Now, we have to know that God is over all, but there is an order giving from God.  Read Ephesians
